This place should be closed down.
Waste of taxpayers money for rent and salaries of people who work inside.
Whole building used for pickup only. No other postal services available
Closed for lunch
No one picks up the phone.
Don’t deliver even though it is scheduled. You end up having to go pickup.

Absolutely the sweetest service ever! They are always very patient and kind with me, especially with my epilepsy.

Worst office. Not even one competent soul works there. They never pick up the phone, it just keeps ringing, so no option of leaving voice mail either.
When you drive to talk to someone in person they have one policy - take your phone number and send you home saying that someone will call you back.
They lose your mail and packages but still mark them as delivered to have better track record. Even when they admit to you in person that they lost your mail, they will keep it marked as delivered online and refuse to change the status.

This is NOT anyone's "regular post office" for mailing items, purchasing stamps, etc. It is where most of us in RB go to pick up our mail after it's been on hold for vacations, resolve mail delivery issues, and the like. Every time I have been there, the people have been kind, helpful, and efficient, and I've gotten my issues resolved quickly.

Typical government led facility. No one answers… the automated system runs you in loops. You’d think in 2022 they’d have it together… just a little bit.

There is a lot of disorder there. No one will answer you. The most ridiculous post office I went to. They canceled my passport appointment without any notice.

I've never heard of a post office that doesn't let you drop off packages! Crazy! Can't believe there's an entire building and they refuse to accept drop offs.

Be aware of this scam office. Don' t waste your money trying to pay for priority, Express or standard mail, all is the same for them. I sent a priority mail a month ago, and now it hasn't get to where it supposed to get. I won't trust them anymore!

They "attempted delivery", now I gotta go pick up the package that I paid to have delivered. You had one job.

This is a drop off location with no counters. Misleading and really huge waste of space rented for some reason when the actual post office is 2min away.

This location is where packages go to die! Avoid at all costs if possible and whatever you do don’t put your package or mail in the parking lot boxes. Your stuff will disappear for several days with no information as to what happened or where it went. The right hand does NOT talk to the left hand at this location and it’s incredibly unorganized. Drive to the Carmel Mountain Ranch location if you want your mail to actually reach its desired destination.
