If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My elderly & disabled father doesn't receive his mail or packages containing medical supplies that he needs on a daily basis. Spoke to Rochelle the supposed manager to explain and she said she would help but now she's not returning my calls and he's still not receiving his mail. How can they operate like this and how can they sleep at night knowing they're hurting people who need their packages?

Came to get my fingerprints done for background check. Staff was very efficient and got the results back quickly.

Terrible customer service, I understand now why they have such bad reviews. They have an attitude, they want you to do everything yourself. He literally told me “buy some tape and tape your boxes yourself”.

They fail to deliver my packages constantly. They put a note at the front of my apartment building stating "dog out". We have a mail room, there is no dogs ever out or in the way. This is ridiculous.

The customer service here is outstanding. Rod is a superstar and always goes above and beyond to help me out, especially when I have issues. Today the supervisor Cys was also very patient and helpful with me when trying to troubleshoot a missing package. I’m so grateful for employees like these that really want to help. I have a PO Box at this location and the facility is always kept clean and cool. Thanks again team for being so diligent, kind, and hard working!

We moved out of the area and filled out all of the paperwork to have our mail forwarded to our new address. Less than 10% was forwarded. I called the post office to complain and they said it is in their system to forward our mail, but they would leave a note with the mail carrier also. After that call, not a single piece of mail was forwarded. I called to complain a 2nd time and they said all is well in their system, but they would leave another note to the mail carrier. A package that my wife ordered months ago, but was on back order finally shipped, but it shipped to our old address. She called USPS at the Rolando office and they said everything is in their system and it will be forwarded. My wife explained that we haven't had a single thing forwarded for a long time and they reassured her that it would be forwarded. Well, today, it was delivered to our old address and the people there are jerks and won't give us any of our mail and this would have never have happened if the Rolando USPS would have done their jobs and even fixed it any of the 3 times that we called about it.

We've been on an "Auxiliary Route" ever sine our letter carrier, Linda, retired some years.ago. Problems since then:
* Vacation Hold is unreliable. Some days it's honored, others not. Then after you return, recover held mail, and cancel the hold, some letter carriers continue to hold back mail.
* Third class mail is routinely lost. Informed Delivery shows pictures of mail to be delivered "soon" but our mailbox remains empty that day, and the identified mail never arrives on subsequent days.
* We have packages that sometimes get delivered to "an agent for final delivery, " not to our door. (Our address is a single family detached residence. There is no "agent. ") Typically this means the package was mis-delivered to the front desk of an apartment building within our Zip code.
* We sometimes receive a neighbor's mail and/or a neighbor receives our mail. The letter carrier fails to match the envelope address on the sorted mail set to the house number. Either the carrier-of-the-day (it varies) is lazy, overworked, or incompetent.

Thanks for wasting my lunch break then telling me you couldn’t serve me. No wonder you have all 1 star reviews. Garbage branch.

If you liked to get harassed and threatened by employees for not wearing a mask because of medical conditions this is the place for you. Mandates aren't laws.

I put my mail on hold for a vacation and specified that I wanted to pick it up at USPS when I was back instead of having it all delivered at once, as I have a very small apartment mailbox. USPS decided to attempt delivery anyhow on my last day of vacation and some of my mail was lost. When I went to this location to pick my mail up, I was told they didn’t have it which had also happened to the person in front of me in line. They seem very disorganized and unhelpful.

Anne, the clerk who served me today, was polite, efficient and professional in appearance. She listened well to my requests.

The website for the Andrew Jackson PO in San Diego says the last Saturday mail collection is 5pm. I just dropped off a birthday card and the box says last Sat p/u was at noon. Suggest a fix, my bday card may arrive late!

A shout out to the Supervisior of this branch, who personally delivered multiple packages for both my room mate and myself after they (packages) were deemed undeliverable by the carrier because our mailbox is at street level and our house is up many steps on a hill. A+ to you and many thanks.

Horrendous customer service with a lack of human empathy. There was an old lady who needed help and she called to the black guy at the computer. He didn’t even look at her or reply he just kept on doing whatever on the computer with his headphones in his ears.

Was my first time there I didn’t know you had to prepare everything (UPS does it all for you) and they got offended with me asking for them to prepare it.

I am guessing they hate their lives and are going nowhere. They have that dull dead look in their eyes. Still, there should be a standard upheld for customer service.

The mailman that delivers on and around Billman street is a piece of work. How he still has a job is beyond me. He’s had numerous complaints, and if he doesn’t like you, he won’t deliver all your mail, or says he attempted to deliver it, even though YOU WERE HOME ALL DAY! The guy wears a big straw hat and has had issues with numerous people on the route.

Where do I begin? They forget to open the box lobby door several times a month, their counter service is poor and their workers take all of the parking closest to the lobby.

I hate this post office.

This is literally the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude, they don’t understand the concept that waiting in line for an hour is not fun, and just forget about customer service in general if you hoo there. I’ve been to great post offices where they provide good customer service and efficient service, but this is NOT one of them. Avoid it if at all possible.

I had trouble with a package delivery and rang up the office. Max answered the call and helped me track down the package and where it had been left, and Mona, the courier, helped me retrieve it after she had already delivered it. They both went way above and beyond and I'm super appreciative of their efforts.

I realized in error that the packages are left in a secure room in my complex before staff sort things in earnest, which was the cause of my confusion. They were very nice and accommodating, and I can't thank them both enough for their hard work.
