I had an issue with USPS not cancelling my forwarding over 10 days ago, so I was not getting any mail. I called the local Bisby Lake Ave.post office and, unlike many other post offices, the phone was answered after just a few rings! Mark was extremely pleasant and researched the issue while I was on the phone. Twice he came back off hold to update me. He discovered the regional center had not told my carrier that I was back home. He called the carrier right then to update her and then told me I could pick up a package that just came in. Wow. I did so and the staff found my package right away. What a pleasant experience, and thank you.

Going to the post office while black.the supervisor in front of his trainee showed her how to be rude to black people insisted I fill out my forms in the lobby and told his employee to close her drawer and advised me to get out so they can close. I should get service like any other customer but if you black and go here expect the worse treatment. Thanks Mark Melbourne or Melhorne for harrrasing a black lady I also have the video.

Favorite post office.its not busy in the mornings.the employees are very helpful at this location.

Revisions.

They lost ANOTHER package from Israel. We got a package from another company but not the israel one. My wife thinks someone from the post office is stealing it.

Unfortunately, in the last two months, this branch has lost two packages. The app stayed it was delivered (put in the bin) but never got the key. The manager thinks the key was put into someone else's mail box and that person wasn't honest enough to turn it in. Needless to say, we're out of two packages. And because they arrived without insurance, we can't put in a claim.

In ten years, we've not had any issues. I've found the people to be very helpful, so I don't understand the negative reviews.

Been using this post office during covid.i usually get in and out pretty fast in the mornings and the employees are generally pretty nice.

This post office has always been either hot or cold, for years it was just terrible until they finally got newer management, however on Saturday there is no managers and the employees just get to throw their terrible attitudes at whomever is unfortunate enough to deal with them.

Not only was I laughed at for my package being missing but I was told basically tough about my lost package.

This place needs to be bulldozed down and replaced with something useful.

Have been using this Post Office for 55 years when I first moved into the community. All its employees have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Only twice have I ever received my neighbor's mail. Both times it had been delivered by a substitute carrier when my regular carrier was out. Good job to all its employees. Thank you for your incredible service.

Just finished a call with Lina at this post office. What great customer service! I have a registered package that has been bouncing around the country and she is the first employee who actually took the time to help including making phone calls to locate the package. And the package never even went to her post office!

My apartment mailbox was broke into a little over a month ago. Was told to pick it up at the post office until box was fixed - no big deal. Now that we have new mail boxes the post office is refusing to deliver our mail and when you go to the physical location it’s always a different story. The mail carrier will leave you a note to pick it up and then the clerk will tell you it’s out for delivery. We’ve now been roughly a week without mail and packages with one containing medicine that say delivered because the communication is horrible. I’ve been there over 4 days in a row to be told mail is out for delivery and then to get told by the carrier it’s at the office. Where is my mail?

Horrible customer service, employees talking amongst themselves and complaining about needing a break, and if you have questions may as well just go to another post office.
