Mail carrier delivered my mail, but too lazy to take package from it. Over paid lazy folks

Haven't got mail in the last 3 weeks. My packages are always getting delivered to the wrong place or are lost in general. My mail is messing. I feel so hopeless such sensitive info of ours is just out there.

I move from the Bay Area 5 months ago and I move to apartments it’s been 4 months waiting for my key to be done I have to drive 10 min to pick my mail and you have to make a big line just to pick up your mail it’s very bad services

Bad customer service! Delivery guy been sending all my package to the wrong addressed! Very dissappointed at the delivery man! SMH

I was there 10 mins ago and they are closed for package pick-up. Its odd because the sign says they are closed at 12

Post office at Cedar/Church Poor service, not enough employees to help customers, parking lot always full and the line never moves.employees go in the back to look for mail, but they take to long.

I sell clothing on Poshmark and this post office is the nearest to my house. I shipped an order 5 days ago and it still isn’t showing in the system that it’s been scanned. I have a customer waiting for a tracking number and the company keeps contacting me because they claim I have not shipped the package when I did. I can’t even get a hold of customer service when I call!

Quite possibly the slowest post office ever. Constantly understaffed and never in a hurry. Office is dirty, messy, and unkempt.

Please Stop Doing Amazon Deliveries, because I have had issues with receiving multiple packages from USPS claiming that they attempted to deliver to my door or left it in the parcel locker. Don't take on any more of these jobs because clearly y'all don't know how to get it right the first time.

Only one CRS at the counter a time, very slow, can't help people fast enough. Too many people in line, wait too long very frustrated and not friendly.serving. This postal service must improve their customer services.

This office not deliver my package, just put a notice delivery issue, and not deliver even i called the customer servive day before she said postman will deliver my package in front of the door.next day they can not deliver.this is not right.

Post office on church/cedar does a horrible job at everything! Whenever there is an big package, they never want to deliver it, then they give you a notice to go pick up with a final notice warning. When you arrived to pick it up, there services is so slow. You’ll have to wait at least 45-1hr in line to sign for your package. Nothing has been done to better their services despite numerous complaints. I had multiple missing mails and misplaced mails throughout the years!

This Post Office is horrible when it comes to customer service… I have requested the keys to my mailbox for over a month now and I still have not received them. Now they're telling me that I need to get APO Box which is gonna cost me an extra $50. For a Box that I do not need!
Cannot get my mail timely!

Their driver agitated dogs in neighborhood till he got bit by a Chihuahua now I gotta spend over an hour in line to pick up my mail i hope they shut this office down or do something about this

Long lines with only one person working the counter, not getting any help other workers just walking around not caring wait time is any were from 45mins to a hour and half

I'm constantly having problems with delivery of mail packages come up missing checks come up missing.i go to the post office, dnt get any answers I've made claims and all I get is a call back and told they will speak with the carrier and then thays all I hear. I've never gotten my list packages back or reimbursed for them I be had him deliver my mail into the wrong mailbox.and its always an on going thing. I literally dread when my informed delivery shows I have mail because 9 out of 10 times, I won't receive it.
