Let me start off by saying annie is the sweetest woman and we have continued to use this post office for 10+ years because of her amazing customer service and help. But there’s a new woman working here who tapes passive aggressive signs all over the post office complaining about our psychical addresses being used (even though it’s never been a problem in the past for 10+ years) some merchants / companies do not let you use a PO Box. So the new woman told us to use our psychical address and add the PO Box number underneath. So i did this with two extremely important packages, (my medication and contact lenses) both packages were still rejected by this woman at the post office and I will now be without contact lenses and medication for the next month or so until I get my $400+ in refunds. I have a few things I’m expecting in the mail but after this I will be closing my P. O. Box which is a shame because I have had 0 issues for a decade. I DO NOT recommend opening up a PO Box here. Since this new woman has been here I’ve received other peoples mail and packages numerous times and have had packages lost and now rejected after following HER instructions. I really hope for the good of this town that this woman gets fired or leaves. This was such a great post office before.

Excellent service, Annie took care of us, she was very understanding and helpful, we processed 2 passports for the first time my wife and I and we also renewed our eldest son's.

Annie a couple of years ago also helped us with the passport of our other youngest son and she is still the same or even kinder!

The whole team is great in this office!

Excelente servicio, Annie nos atendió, fue muy comprensiva y servicial, tramitamos 2 pasaportes por primera vez mi esposa y yo y también renovamos el de nuestro hijo mayor.

Annie hace un par años también nos ayudó con el pasaporte del nuestro otro hijo el más pequeño y sigue igual o hasta más amable!

Annie is the best! I recently went to go process my infant sons passport and Annie was through, very professional it took us 5 minutes which was a blessing since I had both my toddler and infant with me.quick check list for infant passport:
1.form ds-3053 (if one parent cant make it to appointment MUST BE NOTARIZED)
2. Passport application filled out in BLACK INK
3. Photo (if brining your own don't dress you baby in white onesie)
4. Birth certificate with 1 copy (Birth cert will be mailed kept and mailed back to you)
5. Photo copy of both parents government issued ID- FRONT AND BACK
6. Payment
Having the above ready and organized allowed Annie to process my paperwork quickly. I'm very grateful to have had this experience

Annie was very fast and professional.me and my mom applied for a passport without an appointment and she finished our application in less than 45min

Feel so blessed Annie was soooooo helpful processing my kids passports. Also the man who took their photos was so courteous. In general I rate my visit there very good and satisfied with the service. Thanks Annie.
