USPS has a bad reputation but I had a great experience here. Ed was very helpful, as well as the other people who worked there.

Not sure why so many negative reviews, but based on my experience, the workers here are the nicest, especially Teri. My package was addressed wrong (to nonexistent address), and someone there took the time to call me on a Saturday morning instead of automatically shipping back to sender as they normally do. They allowed me to pick up even though the window service was not opened. I just called them today to let them know a bunch of my packages from the same order are addressed wrong and to please hold them instead of shipping back. Teri picked up the phone and was very patient, friendly, and understanding. She also went out of her way to help me with my package issue last Saturday (also was not supposed to be open). I have only dealt with 2 employees there but both of them went above and beyond and I'm so grateful to have such a nice USPS close to my house! This is so rare - MANY USPS employees I have encountered are so rude and mean!

Came here for a first time passport. The old lady was very kind and helpful. I’ll be coming here again in 10 years for a renew.

I had to wait 30min on line to get information ‘passport application form is on the wall’. Pretty bad public service.

I have experienced very bad service from the ladies working there not only once. They have a very bad costumer service and very bad attitude for someone working with people. So disappointed, instead of trying to help they even make it worse

So my family and I had an appointment at 10: 45AM to renew our passports and we showed up early at 10: 25 AM.
They didn't see us till 11am and let someone who arrive late to skip us in line.
They're very incompetent at this location and the staff if very rude and unapologetic.
They need to get a new staff the lady's are way to old and lack customer service or any other skill.

This is a nice small post office, in a nice area. It is really busy here in the mornings, but can be quiet and quick in the afternoons sometimes.
The staff are kind, patient and most helpful.
I feel bad for them, cause I see so many customers walking in with attitude.
There was a roomful of us in the post office, when it opened. I arrived before it opened, first car in the parking lot. Some lady came in all angry and complaining cause she was at the end of the line and "the first one here".
I have witnessed irate folks here a few other times, and everytime, it was an unreasonable, entitled customer.
The lined here move quickly, the staff here work hard.
I have been to many post offices in both L. A.and Orange county, and the staff here are the best. This post office location is my favorite

TLDR. The workers here mess up a lot, and that comes at the expense of the customers.

I mailed an eBay package here. It was sent back to sender. Apparently I was short a few dollars on shipping and the worker did not tell me, but USPS policy is to charge your eBay account the difference and ship it. So they messed up, but I brought it back, paid the difference, and had it shipped again. It was again sent back to sender, but this time they messed up. I took it to the one on Western and the nice person there said that this store was in the wrong and confirmed my above statement about USPS policy. She made sure that it was finally sent to the correct address. Maybe they just made an honest mistake or 5, but if I did something like that at my job I would be fired ASAP.

I don’t get why there are bad reviews. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. I’m glad they are open on Saturdays when its close to the holidays.

Usps changed my address on my package and delivered to 25044 woodward ave. This is the 4th time. Anyone else gave this happen. I smell a scammer in usps fraud is happening at this post offce

I come to this location pretty often and for the most part the staff is pretty friendly and helpful except for this one older Hispanic or Latino woman. I'm a fair and nice person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this lady time and time again is rude and just seems unhappy. When i have a package weighing more then 20lbs she's quick to complain that the package is too heavy. Well, sorry lady but the weight limit their is 70lbs and if you can't lift this weight you shouldn't be working there. This lady is there most of the time and she's pretty easy to notice. She looks unhappy, ignores people when they ask questions unless you know her name she'll pretty much ignore you and act like she doesn't hear you. I've seen her be friendly to people she knows but if your a stranger she doesn't know you will get the cold shoulder treatment. I will update this post with her name hoping she may one day read this post. I like this location other than this particular employee. Honestly there should always be a man working there at all times just in case there is a package that weighs 60lbs plus, these woman can't lift this kind of weight.

There is only 1 guy who is professional of his work and know what he is doing and why he getting money in this office. Edwin (Ervin). The rest of the office staff is just ***. Visited office 3 times, submit 2 change of the address in office applications and after 1 month - nothing. 5 Star to Edwin and 0 star to whole office. Thank you man!

I visited this office today to renew my wife and daughter passports.

Great customer service

They are extremely slow in customer service. I sent my rent check certified mail 1/29/21. Big mistake. Declaration for eviction moratorium needed to be mailed certified mail to my landlord. My mistake was to mail rent check in same envelope. Last Friday I realized my landlord never received check and I never received certified mail return receipt. All the manager of post office was postal carrier had no access. Maybe that means he/she could not get a signature, but they could not tell me what happened to my letter. It was not at post office, carrier said he didn't know, maybe it was when he was on vacation. Manager saw me coming back in line at post office she went back to hide, then clerk said she just went home. She took my phone number and said she would check with carrier Friday night or ask weekend manager call me. Well that call never came and they just could not tell me where my letter was.

Depending in which employee you get, you may pay more for a shipment. I went to this post office a couple of time to ship out my etsy orders and i always sent them out as oversized envelopes and never had a problem. Everyone always got their orders delivered to them fine. But i went in today and tried to ship order as an oversized envelope and the woman denied me. She said its a parcel and has to charge me more even though ive only ever shipped that exact type of envelope as oversized. The envelope and the contents within were no different than the times ive shipped as an oversized envelope. She was rude and took advantage of my inexperience with shipping. I do not recommend this post office to anyone, especially if youre a shop owner, you will never have a guaranteed cost for shipping and they will do what they can to rip you off.

USPS on Narbonne in Lomita on this post office outside they Honor all of the military soldiers that died or missing in action it's the only post office I've ever seen that does that for them.when I always enter I salute the memorial before I go in.for the military no other postal I've been to I think that is great and wonderful right now at this time of covid-19 you have to stand in line and wear a and keep your distance.and all the staff workers are wonderful

This place is horrible. I ordered a package 10 days ago and it says its been delivered 4 days ago.yeah it hasn't. They can't seem to deliver correctly or even at all. They even lost a package during Christmas and said NOTHING they could do about it. We need to continue automatic billing and order from Amazon so you can reassure everything is correct!

Horrible i waited for my package for a month, to know that this usps location returned it to sender when clearly my package was marked with my p.o. Box. I called and promised that they will call back but nothing up until now. If only i can put no star at all i would.
