6First of all, a federal building that is not accessible in 2021 is mind boggling. The doors are not accessible so if you are wheel chair bound, bring someone with you. Second, staff weren’t very friendly at all. Third, save your time and money and go to another location or vendor. Super disappointing.
Zero consideration for your packages zero consideration for your concerns of your packages in a rush to throw you out the door to get rid of a line and give no dams about helping you whatsoever rude inconsiderate unsatisfactory customer care I will never go to this post office again I would rather drive to Modesto
Stop vandalism of my packages. I have you on video doing it to the Hackett Rd route and I have forwarded this to Ceres police department since the management here approved of it.
I GOT YELLED AT BY RHONDIE
As of a day ago i went in to drop of my packages at the drop off counter which I normally do. (May i add that im a seller on a few selling apps so my buyers purchase items from my personal closet and pay for shipping. Lately my buyers hav been paying for the cheapest shipping which only covers for a certain amount of weight which some are not) Anyways so i drop off my packages grab 4boxes and i get yelled at "OKAY YEA NO COME OVER HERE" and its a worker named Rhondie (brown hair and glasses) with everyones eyes turned towards me i walk up to the drop off counter and she begins to explain to me about the weight on the packages. I honestly understand the issue with the package weight but i DID NOT appreciate being yelled at from across the room. That is not how you are suppose to talk to customers. I literally felt as if i was being scolded by one of my parents which she is not. I now take my packages elsewhere unless I completely have to go there. Thank you for reading:)
I have not been receiving my mail. It a has been over 5 days since I received any mail. It was a hit and miss for the last few months.
