United States Postal Service reviews
9I was in the area and had a package to send so I decided to go here. I entered and waited for the employee to finish up with a customer. When it was my turn, I was given an excuse on why my package couldn't be sent out despite me doing the same things at other post offices and having no issues. On top of this the employee seemed very bothered and misgendered me. Will never go back.

I'm fortunate enough to use the Freedom Post Office almost every v ery business day. The staff there are AMAZING. The patience of saints. I used to use the Capitola Post Office and by far Freedom is your most customer centered and knowledgable staff I've encountered. Thank you ladies and staff at Freedom Post Office. Your the best... I am sick and tired of the discriminating and condescending attitude the staffs have toward non-white customers. I always treat the staff with utter respect and give them the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough!
USPS at the Freedom Center is my nearest Post Office, so I have been using it for years. Today, the clerk was smiling, chatty, and patiently explaining every option to a white male customer before me. I had my Certified Mail form and Return Address card ready before proceeding. When I asked if my mail would arrive in a week, she said she wouldn't know and then took out an Over-Night Service envelope costing almost $27. I told her I preferred Return Address service; she answered me with an irritating tone, "So, do you want it or not? "
I don't expect any staff treats me like an important person but with common courtesy. I know they won't be bothered losing my business, but I will not go back.
The woman working was not very friendly and seemed like I was an inconvenience to her conversation she was having as I arrived.
Best Post Office we have ever used.
All of the staff are always lovely!
Been coming to this location since 1998.
Never had a negative experience.
The customer service at this post office is disgusting. There's one woman that has black hair, thin, she treats all white people like Gods. As soon as a minority comes in, she asks for 2 forms of ID. She's horrible.
All the employees are very nice here. They always help me get the best shipping rate. I send packages regularly to across the USA. Never once has my package been lost. Keep up the good work!
Teeny tiny post office tucked into the corner of the shopping center. The staff here is always incredibly kind and friendly. I've rarely had to wait in line. I'd much rather go here than the main post office downtown.
I wish their was a zero star option, mainly because this is what this place deserves. They Keep LOOSING My packages and not only that, the lady who works there keeps complaining about the weight limit of my packages even though I weigh them at home correctly. I run a clothing business and this place is costing me money and shipping complaints of my customers. This place needs to sharpen up 0/5 Stars.
