16Regarding the post office employees I have not had a bad experience with them when I moved here a year ago. My issue is after I got a P. O. Box and I do business there after work I cannot find parking and this is why. The vendors set up their tents all in front of post office and people park in the Post office parking lot. Also, the Gym "Speakeasy" located next door their customers also park in the Post Office parking lot. It looks trashy and after they vendors leave there is trash in the gutter and parking lot. Ill be moving soon. Just remember that I am writing my review of a personal experience many times that I have gone through this at this specific location. Anyone reading this and knows this spot will agree with me.
If you're reading this, listen to me very carefully. This is by far one of the worst excuses of a post office I think I have ever had the misfortune of living near.
I cannot even begin to count the lost packages that specifically said that this post office had received via tracking numbers, and the plethora of packages that the mailmen had delivered to my neighbor or the house directly in front of me.
The other reviews are not in any way exaggerated. This is quite possibly the most abysmal post office in the entire county of Los Angeles. Unless you like losing your mail, do not move to Sylmar.
Very disappointed now they are stealing my mail hope who ever sorted out the mail that gets delivered at a certain location gets fired this happened 11/8/22 employees stealing mail now I can’t put the finger on my mail man because my cameras say other wise so he’s in the clear by very low for people to be stealing our mail

I went to pick up a package that didn't get delivered because of a typo error in the address. A simple transaction.
This woman at the counter, whose supposed responsibility is to provide services to customers, spoke with snide and unnecessary comments to belittle her customer, just to make herself feel superior.
Does USPS not have a program to educate their employees some manner and respect?
Very bad service they delivered a package did even try to get it to me now have to wait till next day to go pick it up lazy workers that dont appreciate there job.
This was my go-to post office, NEVER AGAIN. A very expensive package '"went missing" from this facility when I attempted to ship next day. Interestingly enough, after being convinced by the clerk that insurance is not necessary on something being shipped priority. Definitely stolen from someone working at this office as my pkg never even reached a sorting facility.
United States Postal Bad Service, they did not leave my package, the driver is too lazy to drop it off. They told me to pick it up only to tell me the driver still has it and I have to wait for him to return.and the lady at the desk very disrespectful I personally not gonna take that and we'll see what actions happen
This is the 2nd time a large package is "lost" however we think the mail person is stealing them as we have cameras and they never dropped off the package yet they registered it as lost or delivered. The post office will not help cause there was no insurance
The lady who was at the counter was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude the entire time. She did not help with my label and acted like my questions were bothering her.

The lady in the middle that works there is horrible and gave me a hard time sending my package.my label was already paid for and I only needed to pay the remainder amount to process it but she just said no to me. I talked with the other lady on the left and she did it professionally.
Efficient postal employees working at this post office, always a pleasure to visit when needing to use a postal setvice.
Poster 7 summarizes these rules and regulations and must be posted on postal property for all those entering to view. The parking lot is horrible. I can't get to my po box because a food festival occurs almost on a daily basis in the evenings. I would not trust leaving my mail in the outdoor mailbox. There are many people loitering around eating their tacos and drinking beer. It is also filthy full of paper plates & trash left behind from the food stands. Not sure why a government public venue is allowing food stands to utilize their premises to conduct food business. I thought a post office was supposed to be a public space for mail services not the selling of tacos!
HAD A ISSUE WITH ONE OF MY LETTERS AND THE MANAGER KARINA WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO LOCATE MY LETTER
