10/06/22 Another packag (5th one) is stolen or lost from this incompetent service, Now i am 100% sure that the employees themselves are stealing anything valuable send by mail. How come any junk or paper mail Never lost? And the lies u have been provided are amazing, telling me that The package has been delivered to the mailbox? Really? The package was big enough that cannot fit in the mailbox? So how come thay delivered it to it? All sketchy employees, idk whats so hard doing ur job properly? And yes my house n mailbox is in a secured gated community so no1 can steal anything. This service NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.

United postal service isn’t trustable they lie about having next day service I paid $27.00 for there service an they haven’t been able to find my document I sent.

I have lost so much mail from this place. You call to complain and they make up lies to cover themselves. Trash management.

Good luck trying to call the local office. Had a package yesterday of live plants out for delivery it never arrived it now says I have to pick up at this location which is nowhere near my address it’s about a 25 minute drive from my home. Requested re-delivery they said it is unavailable they cannot give me a reason why through the 800 number and told me to call the local office I have been calling since yesterday and it says please wait on hold until the agent can take your call and then it just hangs up on you. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE NUMBER IF YOU ARE INACCESSIBLE? !

Horrible customer service. Very rude. I say.if u don't like your job, then go find something else. If u are miserable.don't take it out on customers.

THANKS FOR RUINING A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE FOR A CHILD. The employees at the store are cruel and should be ashamed to say they worked in public service. Assured me a package would be delivered that day, it was not. Would not let me pick it up because they said it was delivered, which it was not. Then when they agreed they had it oh they stared at me and would not let me in the doors at 5 PM.

Lost a package and just kind of gave me the run around. Was outright told issue stemmed from a driver not wanting to deliver package due to time constraints and upcoming holiday, so they keyed in package as having an insufficient address.then promptly lost the package.

The woman was insanely rude to not only me but to other people she was serving. She also charged me for 60 stamps when I only received 30. If possible I would’ve given 0 stars.

Sing is terrible! He told me to get in line three times so I could mail all 23 envelopes to my students. He said he could only process ten at a time. And on the first time he only processed nine and made me verify each envelope which took more time than necessary. Then he told me to get back in line. Did not go back to his counter for sure. Instead I waited for somebody else to help! And guess what? The next customer service rep processed all the rest with no limit or verification. Sing is a jerk! Avoid him at all costs!

Delivered a 5 box order in whittier when it is addressed to palm desert! Over 1000 in toolboxes for my business.

The worst post office in California. Extremely Rude. They have no idea about What happened care package!

For about a month or two, my mail was getting misplaced and delivered to my neighbors house. I submitted a complaint but that only just got me some generic apologies via email. Then packages started to go missing some of which included important items like medications.
I usually prefer my mail/packages go through USPS but when the medications began to be delayed I lost a bit of trust in USPS. I was worried and afraid this might become commonplace. So I searched high and low to figure out who I needed to talk to besides the usual route on the USPS complaint page.
I was so anxious about missing future medications that I reached out to the Inspector General of the post office, the customer service department head for the entire region, and sent letters and emails to whomever I thought was associated with USPS.
Thankfully, I did receive assurances about a week later from a few people working there that some of the kinks were being worked out and I haven't had many issues since then. I'm slowly regaining my trust in USPS once again. Lately they've been doing a good job and I thank them for that.
I have previously visited the office with no issues. They were quite professional and courteous. I gave a four star rating because no one ever answers the phone.

What an absurd case! I visited this post office 4 days ago to find my package. I got a phone call from here that day, and I recalled it again and it didn't answer. When I visited, a staff told me my package was already returned to sender. (It was delivered the day before and even an international package.) What's more surprising is that today I got a call to pick up the package again. Haha. I received the package, but I don't even want to give a star.

I don’t recommend this postal office. They put their hours up for passport and close earlier than what is said. Very slow and rude people as well.
