This office is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I ONLY come here if I happen to be with someone else who needs to come here. The employees are EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL... RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! I just heard an employee tell a lady he didn't know what to tell her as it's not his job and he's about to close his window. She hadn't received mail in months and her 4th complaint. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. SUISUN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I walked in at 5: 00 pm (when they close) to get one stamp. They said absolutely not they are CLOSED. By the time they started yelling at me it was 5: 02pm… I asked confused? Don’t you close at 5? They said yes, it’s 5: 02.
Very rude and clearly very unhappy people. Sad to see. Very unprofessional business. Very unfortunate. If I was the supervisor I would not allow my employees treat customers this way.

Garbage customer service, I get it disgruntled government employees, but it's not hard to keep appointments. Shouldn't show 15 early, should show 15 late.

Pray you don't get USPS as a carrier if you live at One Lake.
Everything I've had ordered from Etsy or Amazon gets held up. Needed to be picked up. They just don't know to deliver packages to doors even when instructions ask to.

The mail delivery in the One Lake community of Fairfield is absolutely terrible. On 4 May I got a letter that was sent on 21 April. Very often I get no mail for two or three days in a row. The mail can come anytime from early morning until very late in the evening, when it does come. One of the delivery people told me that they are short staffed; well, why then doesn't the post office advertise for new help? My Netflix subscription is almost worthless since I am lucky to get one DVD per week (in Vallejo, I got two or three DVDs per week with my two-dvd at a time subsctiption.

Just terrible. The USPS has being going downhill for a long time. All the good workers have retired and now it's just-blah workers that don't have pride in their jobs; some of them at least. I've been given the run around several times here and customer service is not the priority. That's the first failure of any business or institution. You must have employees that have pride in their jobs, and buy in of who they represent, and they must care about the customers. I've heard other post offices are a better than Fairfield. Suisun City is the only nearby option. I try to do everything online and never have to come in but sometimes you just have to-and then you get reminded why you hate the post office. I wish I could love USPS but at this point they need a shakedown and organizational reboot.

Service at the counter generally moves quickly. Appreciate the Self Service Kiosk and anytime access to P. O. Boxes.

This post office has some serious serious serious issues. These people constantly lose my packages. They lie and mark my packages delivered when they wasn’t delivered at all. The supervisors are rude and the delivery drivers are lazy and incompetent.

A close family heirloom poker set along with a black filing case for my taxes were removed from a tote using USPS. Right before Christmas. No respect.

Second time coming here for passport services and both times I was disappointed. The first time I was turned away, claiming I was too late even though I was there on time. Then the post office lady said she had just rescheduled me for another appointment. I come to my second appointment half an hour early, get to the register and was very rudely told I wasn't even on the schedule. The customer service here has been the worst of it all. I understand that the customer load might be stressful but that has nothing to do with me as a customer. Thank you for your service but no thanks! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They marked a package picked up from an office that was in a truck out to be delivered and I still don't have my package. They wont answer the phone and they either stole my package or gave it to someone other than me

Although the stuff in office never answers their phone. I had the best mailman. Art H, is hands down the best mailman, he is very considerate with your mail, extremely friendly and people person. I never had any issues when Art H became our mailman. I always received my packages when he worked the route. It’s been over three years since we have moved from that area, My husband and son still talk about Mr. H and say he is the best (: THANKS MR. H!

People working here are doing their job as best they can considering the customers who end up here seem to come in pre-mad, in every sense of the word. Do yourself a favor and Never show up around school let out time over er under 3pm. There are like a jillion students all over the place, their parents' cars, and for some reason they all like to use the post office as a freaking carpool stop too.

I don’t know what’s going but my packages never seem to be delivered when marked delivered

or deeming my address invalid for some unusual reason

They literally never answer the phone, and our mail person consistently delivered mail to the wrong addresses all the time

Smh this is horrible customer service! They NEVER answer the phone! Like literally calling days/for hours straight and they don't answer at all! Definitely calling corporate!

Very friendly and nice employees. I live in Fremont and had a letter mail delivered in there by mistake on March. The tracking info shows the mail was sent back to the sender on 03/15 but the sender never received it. I was waiting waiting and waiting. Then I went to the office on June and they told me the mail is still in their warehouse. It has been 3 months and it is super hard to find such a small envelope letter. But LUCKILY, they found it! I really appreciate the workers in the warehouse to find it!
