The United States post office has turned into your One-Stop shop you can buy gift cards birthday cards get money orders to pay your bills ship your packages I'm telling you the post office has got it all and to say the least very nice people that work there too thank you for your service

Terrible service. The attendants are usually rude. I have tried 3 different attendants and they all sound bossy intead of helpful.
I will never comeback here.
They really need customer service trainning.

The whole postal experience is bitterly disappointing. Where I live we have a community mail box, that’s a row of mailboxes where each individual box is locked. It’s nothing new, they have been around for decades. Yet my postal carrier can’t seem to deliver mail to my box. We even have larger parcel boxes specifically for larger boxes yet here I am chasing my mail. Now try to call the postal service and all you get is automation. I just want to talk to a human being but hey, can’t get it done. Can Amazon deliver my mail…. Please?

They never fail to disappoint. Sorriest bunch of postal workers I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime. They consistently make up excuses about where your mail may be. They will say ANYTHING to get you to leave. If they ask for your phone number and say “a manager will call you back” please know it is only so you will leave.

No one will call you. It’s only so they can avoid working in the moment.

Do you business else where.

The middle age man "Clerk: 11" as stated in my receipt is rude and aggresive.

This man tried mansplaining me multiple times this morning when I went to drop off some packages.

I appreciate being told when I am doing something incorrectly but in a respectful way, not the way he decided to treat me. I left the post office very upset.

Horrible delivery system for picking up packages you can take hours most of the days. And you pay a fee for this?

If you are looking for a post office don't stop here, just go to another post office, I was there and line do not move for 1 hr.

Good uspostal service always busy but the staff they are very friendly profecíonal and bilingual

I know USPS is disgusting and they don't do anything to change that, but the employees of this one break barriers of BAD customer service

The USPS lost my package yet no one was to take responsibility and they say they delivered it and let it front door which is not true. Rafael Riesgo manager has not bother to contact me back since Thursday 1/21/21 today is 1/25/21 and still no update as what happed to the package, such bad customer service.is this not the first time USPS has lost a package.

Picking up parcels takes no less de 30 min each time. It is a constant pain to pick up anything.

Customer service sucks and there is only one person helping with packages which takes over 20 min to look for a package

I've been going to this post office for over 20 years and have always been treated courteously and professionally this is a great post office.
