USPS offices can be intimidating to some. However, this location has super helpful and kind employees. I’ve been using this office for my mail services for a few years now and they are the best!

It can be the best USPS office in SD! I was here to drop something and the staff were welcoming, so nice and helpful.

I have visited tens to hundreds of USPS locations across the country, and the service of this very location is above my expectations for federal agencies. It’s well maintained and the lady, Ally, at the counter greeted you as you come inside and humbly provide advices with patience. Will recommend people doing their postal here.

The Serra Mesa branch staff is always super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Very small parking lot, entrance is one way only, but there is street parking and a strip mall parking lot right across the street.

I’ve never heard I need to buy my own type to type my box at a post office. Ridiculous! If I can give it a zero star I would!

Terrible post office! 1 clerk and 5 people in line! Dont people have a Damm job? It's the middle of the day. Good thing I don't live around here. I'll stick to my 92124 post office.

Don't visit this post office if you need assistance. The lady clerks make an effort to be unhelpful
