Staff doesn’t know how to email receipts for priority mail transactions. When I tried to type it in, she pushed a button cancelling that option. When I repeated I needed an emailed receipt, Trang said I don’t know how - most customers want a paper receipt. IDGAF about most customers. There wasn’t a line (I was the ONLY person there) so I’m not sure what the rush was but someone please show her how to do this.

maps says the location closes at 5: 30pm but the doors are locked at 5: 15pm. Very frustrating as I came here specifically because it said it closed at 5: 30pm. The staff were SO rude! They let a customer out and I asked if I could come in and what time they closed and she said 5 or 5: 30 and I said it’s 5: 21 and she said “we’re already closed” and then brusquely relocked the door and walked away. They still had a couple people in line too. Absurd rude service.

Rude, lazy workers, bad attitude as you walk towards the building you're greeted by human feces greeting you outside the door of both entrances.

I always have a pleasant experience going to this post office. I’m a black man and probably the only black man that goes here which should tell you that all of the other negative reviews are from entitled individuals. I have been treated with so much kindness at this post office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It gets busy and they have to fulfill the requests from everyone in a timely manner. You have customers who want to take their time at the counters, be on their phones talking to family members to make sure the address is correct, or don’t even have their ish together. The customers I see coming through are very rude, it’s not the employees. I say if you don’t like this place maybe find somewhere else and have an attitude evaluation. These are hardworking people that don’t have the time to be bothered with arrogant entitled people. I give this place 5 stars.

Nick associate is the rudest worker at this location. Everyone else is respectful and kind. He seems like he hates this job …. Always has attitude and slams everything on the counter so loud!

I was standing in line and was next up, but the man, David, at the front desk pointed to a lady who came in after to be assisted next. He ignored my presence and proceeded to assist the lady who behind me in line. This incident happened around 2: 00pm today. Wednesday 21/2022

Hector needs to improve his customer service skills. I walked in at 3pm to drop off a package after work on a Friday. There were two windows open one where a clerk was working hard helping a customer. Then there was Hector trying very hard to flirt with a woman who was not dropping off a package or anything. When he saw me he told me to just throw my package over the counter and I said no, I need a receipt.
He then told me to wait as he was “busy”. Another postal worker came out and assisted me. Hector is incredibly rude and should really learn how to approach women outside of work.

Lost my motivation to live once I walked in and encounter the bald guy, just stares at me like I’m about to rob the whole post office. I don’t expect a government building to offer outstanding service but at least have some basic decency as you would like to be treated when you’re about to pay for a service. Oh well, something won’t change I guess until it’s out in the media.
