Ignorance from top to bottom. 100% unworthy of respect. Management and carriers are disrespectful and lazy.

This Post Office have gone through a lot of personnel changes like many other businesses and I personally feel like the service level went from 4.5 out of 5 to a 2; sometimes down to a "1". These new employees would not acknowledge you even when you're standing in line in front of them. They would continue to stare at their personal devices; which makes me wonder if that's the new policy where this company allows their employees to ignore their guests? All in all, I don't usually use the USPS as often anymore. Thank goodness that there are other options such as FedEx, UPS and even DHL

Ran ½ a mile to make it here before 5: 00pm when they're supposed to close.
Doors were locked at 4: 55pm.

One of the most annoying things ever is when places close early. Especially a government building.
I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I had the option.

Boooo.

Clerk arbitrarily determined that my normal #10 letter was a parcel, which doubled the required postage. No point in arguing, she could hardly communicate in English and obviously customer service/satisfaction isn’t something USPS actually cares about. Counting down the days until the postal service is privatized/eliminated so all the knuckle dragging clowns working there have to get a real job like the rest of us…
