United States Postal Service reviews
19Rude Lady who works on Monday but shes a real c u next Tuesday. Asked to borrow a pen and she acted like i asked to borrow her car. Should have read the reviews before going in. Its clear shes a c.u. N.t to everyone.
Absolutely the rudest employees I’ve ever met. After waiting in line, the person behind the desk refused to send my package. Don’t go here.
I have now been yelled at twice by the people working here for asking for supplies that are not out. I don't understand why they hire people hate their job and people this much.
Rude, condescending, even yelling at customers. Echoing other reviews that this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a USPS.
Great experience. From what I see the customers are the problem. Very entitled. They expect the workers to give them pins, supplies, and to know their shipping information for them. If ppl start coming prepared the line would move quickly and service would be easier for everybody. But most ppl kept going up to the window and just wanting things from the workers that were not even in their job description but get mad when they tell them its not. Plus its a smaller post office. If you want quicker service go to a bigger post office
BEWARE! The employees at this USPS location are extremely rude and are not trained to fulfill your needs. Spend the extra time to drive to another location.
Super kind and helpful staff! I didnt know what i was doing, and they were so patient in helping
Probably the worst post office in the city. Hakim is rude, condensing, and hostile towards customers. I’ve frequented this post office for years and never experienced service as disappointing as I did today. In fact, it seems commonplace as while he was speaking down at me, a customer in line yelled out that “he’s always like this”. I expect so much better and hope to see improvements. Some of the staff here are friendly but my experience was so poor today that I needed to leave a review.
Genuinely terrified by the two women working the front desk… Super rude to everyone in line, literally shaming each person that came up the counter. Yikes.
I feel sorry for the people that work there, clearly they hate their life so much and they are so missarable that the only satisfaction they get in life is by being extremely rude and toxic to customers for absolutely no reason. I never felt so much hate from employee.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in any customer service establishment ever. Of the 6 people in line, I was the only one who mailed something out but only after the lady at the desk made me walk to ups to get tape because supposedly they didn’t have any there. While I was waiting, she spoke down to every single person in front of me and publicly humiliated them. She also was very reluctant to help any of us, period. It was horrendous.
Two girls at the front, the worst employees in history.
Actually hilarious, thought maybe it was a TV Show.
Couldn't be more rude to everyone.
They aint touching my stuff so I walked. Haaaaaa
If your package is important, go somewhere else.
Cashiers are generally grumpy, unhelpful, and annoyed with any questions asked.
It ends up being an unfortunately stressful experience: (
Unfortunately encountered a rude employee, I bet some of them are wonderful but not today.
This office is always terrible. They do not open10: 00am. They always put wrong address mails in my P O Box. And I could not get monthly statements sometimes. And they put note I got some box in my POBox, and I went to pick up to tellers but they lost it…. Never end problems… I do not give them even if one star.
Why are you in such a terrible mood? The people who work in this post office is really unfriendly and they are always in a bad mood. If you want to destroy your day just stop by and they will find a way to do it for you
I want to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews but after this horrible experience I need to. This may be the absolute worst USPS I have ever been to. The employees are so incredibly rude every time I go to drop something off. I would rather drive 45 minutes in LA traffic then use this store. I am in utter disbelief by the way these employees talk to anyone who walks in the store. Not helpful, don't acknowledge you when you're standing right in front of them, and could not be more miserable to their customers. Giving them 1 star is being generous.
Yikes. Someone check on the supervisor/manager at this location. No one who acts that rude for no reason is doing ok. I left and went down the street where they have free tape, no temper tantrums and are mentally stable.
Came in on 3/27 to drop off a prepaid package. I was assisted by Ieasha who was absolutely wonderful! While I waited in line until I was helped I could not believe the amount of customers I witnessed being helped by both Ieasha and the gentleman with the braids next to her that don't have any common sense at all and instead of listening to what the employees are trying to say, kept talking over and interrupting and just not listening. I bet you the majority of these bad reviews are from the same type of customers that should look up what common sense means and start using it on a daily. I will be back to this specific post office the next time I need to use one. Thanks again Ieasha and good luck with those customers
