8/22/2023 - This has happened YET AGAIN! So incredibly unprofessional. I have filed an official online complaint with USPS. Such flagrant disrespect for personal property needs to be dealt with.

Once again, the carrier leaves an expensive package on the ground, next to my mailbox, right near the street, where anybody can grab it. I have repeatedly asked throughout the years that our packages be brought to the door. Is it really that hard? !

The staff & managers lack Professional
The customer service is beyond awful and disturbing. The staff was very rude when trying to drop off some packages. The staff attempted to tell me how to parent my child as I was already dealing with my OWN child. This facility is very unprofessional, the staff wanted to fight me when they got off. Very very rude and very alarming for a corporate company.

This location is at Bostonia St, El Cajon, CA- my go to location. Great staff, quick service and they go out of their way to assist customers. A Post Office job is a very demanding position, and as they go through their day, I can see that the staff at the front is very accommodating & very personable.
My definite place to go for my mailing & shipping needs.

The supervisor was very efficient in helping me find a package that was sent back due to a mistake on my end typing my address. I really appreciated it! The rest of the staff were very kind and hard working as well!

Have had issues with this office delivery our mail and packages for over 6 months. These people are the worst and do not care about their work at all.

Was told over the phone that we could pay for our POBox in Lakeside at this branch which was closer. Using the easy access machine in the lobby was simple and easy. We just followed the prompts and used a debit card. One and done!

Staff is rude. What type of usps doesnt have tape for sale or seal boxes when you mail it out? Trying to convince me to ship it in an envolope instead of the box i brought it in. Like look can you just mail my stuff out. Then refused to mail one package because i used on old box from a bag of wine. Worst customer service ive experienced when trying to mail.

The delivery employee often won't deliver packages because they're "too big, or mailbox full" when there only one other thing in the mailbox and the large parcel boxes we have out front aren't good enough for her to drive up and drop the packages in (she doesn't exit the car to even put them in the box, which isn't an issue but?)

Pleasant employee attitude but quality of the services offered earned the office a low score. Facility is poorly maintained; PO Boxes are in disrepair and missing box assignment numbers facing the public. Broken entry doors took months to repair.
