Your location needs to stop lying to people “you didn’t make any attempt to deliver my packages” I was sitting at the door waiting for it, so stop lying.
There is a reason we pay for your service and that reason is that you deliver our packages at our door instead of making us pick them up at your damn location which also has not enough parking spots.

Thank you to the employees at the front counter.im there weekly sending out packages and im always in and out within minutes.luckily i do go when it is not busy but if your getting off work around 4 you might be there for a while or struggle to find parking.

Usps has many many issues with delivery.im now putting in my 6th service request for non delivered items even though a parcel key was put in my box but nothing is in the specific lock box for that key. Have lost several hundred dollars in deliveries so far.

I have had three packages that said they were delivered and were not. I don't know how to fight back so my loses are at about 200.00 dollars

Mail carriers are the worst. I get wrong mail, wrong keys to open boxes for packages, "delivery attempt" notices when they can't put on box or even knock on door. This Hughes location only been inside few times and regret it everytime. They have executed some deliveries on point but they do have alot of mistakes that overshadow the positives.

I’ve called multiple times every time they hang up on me I’m just trying to get my mailbox set up lmao

All the team members in this postal office is very cooperative. Indeed, they actually want to solve the problem if there is. The supervisor Maria is the great.

Quite possibly the worst post office in town. Absolutely atrocious customer service because there is no customer service. Our box gets broken into daily and they say there is nothing they can do about it and suggested for us to pay for a PO Box. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't trust giving them my mail because it always goes missing. They need to fire the entire management team ASAP.

Ive always came to this facility since ive lived at other zip codes finding this location to be more satisfactory than any other area

Service here is horrible if you are here to pick up mail. If you are a customer spending money the line moves fairly quickly. I arrived at 4pm.it is 4: 30 now and they helped 4 customers before letting me know someone will be with me soon. About 20 of us waiting in line to get our mail. Terrible.

Worst post office in Fresno. They need to get rid of mail carriers. Need good people who can deliver people mail on time.

No car was close enough to block the mailbox from being opened and closed, I just walked out there and did it myself to take out my letter you didn't pick-up. Too bad I can't leave a second review, so I'll just add an additional "L" here. I'm beyond baffled by this.my girlfriend was supposed to receive a package today. She has the USPS app that updates her on all of our mail. 6: 34 p.m. "Attempted delivery, pick up your package. " Excuse me.no one was parked in front of our mailbox to block you, and if the package was too big for the mailbox (I don't know the size of the box cuz my girl won't tell me cuz it's my Valentine's Day gift) then the USPS driver would just place it at our door, right? The USPS driver did attempt to drop it off at our door, RIGHT? Oh wait, NO THEY Didn't! And I know they didn't because our RING doorbell didn't capture them anywhere near my door! Once again, USPS driver, buddy, whoever you are, you're a lazy, dirty liar.you didn't attempt a delivery. Even if you arn't the same delivery person, this USPS has a huge issue. Just look at all these complaints, dude. HR really should take a look at this one, clean house. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.again! -1 star for you! >: [

If I could give a zero I would. Very poor customer service. You go to pick up mail and it takes over a half hour just to get them to answer the window, they have a "doorbell" you can ring to get their attention but they still don't come to the window. Our mailboxes will go over 3 days without getting any mail delivered even though we are signed up for the email that tells us what we're expecting so eventually we have to come grab it ourselves.

This location sucks. My mail always ends up in someone else’s box. Whoever the mail person is that delivers my mail has got to be the laziest person and a liar. I’ve been home all day and never received my package. I hate when companies use USPS to deliver items. It’s a constant issue.

Just want to say great customer service with the postal office workers.they helped me in a very nice way. Not to happy w the delivery driver though
