I’m tired of never receiving my mail. So many cards, letters, packages, etc.that straight up never arrived. The Martinez post office is perhaps the worst in the entire country.
Terrible customer service the staff takes over an hour lunch and the manager has no authority over his staff
Horrible place when it's come to getting your packages delivered. My gf had N issue and now, so am I. I bought a jersey for game, saysbit was delivered 5 days ago but there's been no packages in my mailbox.
I and the rest of my family HERE in Martinez would like to state that Yolanda is the BEST
MAIL CARRIER. SHE DOES NOT LEAVE PACKAGES NEXT TO THE MAIL BOX BUT BRINGS TO THE DOOR.
Super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I went in 11/21/2022 to get my passport. All my questions were answered and it took all of 20 minutes.
