4Worst staff ever! They don’t give a damn about their job. They don’t work and don’t have any work ethic. They don’t deserve to get paid.
MY 8 year old daughter left her earring when she came over to visit me from Arizona, so I mailed her the earring first class from Littlerock, CA when my wife got the mail the earring was not in the envelope and it was a tear in the envelope. I went on the USPS website and filled a missing item form no one got back to me yet I thing someone took it and my daughter is very upset because it was her first earring and she saved her money to pay for it. Very disappointed
They always ask me if I need help and if I am packing up a flat rate box they give me tape and take it to the desk for me.
We needed to get our box rekeyed, and the employee, Carmen, was very helpful and patient in explaining the process and helping us complete the form and payment.
