5I've used many Post Offices in the past, but United States Postal Service stands out. The convenience of online service requests made my life so much easier. When I visited in person to collect my mail, I was greeted by a team that clearly takes pride in their work. Their commitment to quality and their affordable rates make this Post Office a winner in my book.
While in an agency in San Francisco we were sent for a stroll, here, a very nice lady sold us the stamps suitable for mailing our cards internationally.
The sign says open 9-1pm and again 2pm - 4pm. It is 9: 35am and the doors are locked and no sign of employees. I came yesterday on my lunch hour - which they were closed for their lunch too? ! Pretty frustrating to say the least! And this is a government ran office!
Closing for an hour at lunch is ridiculous. Haven’t you ever heard of staggering breaks?
Tried to mail a package before my flight. Employee showed up late and did not open the office after I waited by the door for 30 mins. No kiosk to mail packages yourself either. If they had a kiosk, they would’t have to worry about bad employees.
