The older Asian woman offering passport services is extremely rude and condescending. I came here to apply for my infant’s first passport. She gave my husband, child and I attitude the from start to end. Please have someone else offer these services.
No automated postage machine, this is the fourth post office I've driven to this evening trying to mail a package.
This post office on Miramonte has one of the most helpful and energetic individuals behind the counter. It’s almost a performance each time. That’s why this is my favorite post office.
Wow, some of the comments here are truly unfair. They reflect more on the writers than the post office employees. I've been to this branch many times and the workers are unfailingly polite, helpful, and cheerful.
This is not a comment on my delivery service or the passport function. Maybe there are problems there, I don't know. But I always chose to go to this branch when I need personal service.
