United States Postal Service, Lemon Grove CA

I have no idea why this place has such low reviews! I go here pretty often, they are always SO SO SO nice! Sometimes they are little busy but they make the line move fast! They also let you use tape if needed when alot of other locations make you pay for it! This is definitely my go to USPS!

I just moved here, our house is newly constructed and so my packages was being held till they figure out addresses and locks I guess. I came here for first time to pickup some packages. The guy I talked to kept telling me I need to talk to my HOA because they can't keep holding my mail. Like it's my fault.he kept repeating himself over and over again all while handing me my packages. It was not a good first impression.

Update: Review change from 1 to 5 due to the awesome diligence of the front staff. Especially Tiana. Thanks for always finding my mail!

First-time coming here. It was not crowded.but, the Postal-server clerk behind the counter desk was too much gossiping with the co-workers about issues that didn't concern about the mailing process issues. Way too much personal information, between Postal-server clerk & back stacking worker's. Postal-server worker needs to do their job. CEO should be taking trips to these postal offices and check on these worker's, how they are acting in the work environment. You will be surprised. Too much gossiping and fooling around. Who's doing the hiring process for these jobs? Since they have raised the price of delivery packages. Charges are extra on how many days it will be shipped and extra for tracking number and insurance as well. What the hell! That's not right. Beside they opened the packages and steal whatever as well as opening the mail. That's not right. That's a federal offense. Bad bad services.

Never made it through the front door. Reviews so bad I was afraid to do business here. My mail is important to me. So sorry for all the people who'd like to trust Lemon Grove but can not due to such unprofessional behavior from Postal Personnel.

The guy helped me save money & was really nice. Meanwhile I got treated coldly by the girl with glasses. Just put the tape in front of me & dismissed me. Was a odd experience.

Apparently if you don't have mail being delivered to you you no longer will have mail pickup which means we don't need the red flags anymore they won't stop if you have mail going out unless you have mail being delivered to you so I don't need the red flag anymore they drive right by my house to pick up everybody else's mail with a little red flag but not mine worst postal workers ever I can see why bad things happened to all your people so I guess if I don't have mail going out I don't need to keep my mailbox out awesome

The ladies were very helpful and made sure I had the right packaging for my passport services

Was just here and was treated very rudely by a girl at the front with glasses and braces. I wish I would have got her name. She told me I had to purchase a tape roll to seal my bag for it to be shipped off. Other times that I’ve been here they just tape it off with no issue. My bag literally needed one piece of tape! Anywho I came a few streets down to the postal annex and they taped it up and shipped it off for me as soon as I walked in the door. Idk who raises people but if you don’t want to work with people work in the back out the way! Mind blown.
