They steal packages here. I talk with the manager because they give my package to someone else's and I told him to check in the cameras who give my package with no ID and he told me that he dont have abscess to the cameras, they dont help customers at all, my package was apair of shoes that costs me $350 dollars, they dont help customers, they steal packages they don't care, I hope somebody do something about it.

They STEAL mail here. 3rd TIME something has been stolen of significance only such as credit card and gift card. All other mail will end up showing up to our box except for those valued items. It's definitely an inside job. Nobody cares to do anything about it. Asian male manager has zero customer service or care in the world he obviously hates his job. Everyone else there says they can't do anything about anything.

These people don’t want to work. I was waiting for almost an hour for them to open at 8: 30 and it was 9: 10 when they finally acknowledged us. One of the ladies working there was extremely rude when asked to assist us, she came out and told us that none of the workers in the back wanted to open up so she called in sick to avoid opening the post office on her own. A couple of minutes later another worker peeked from behind the caller service and claimed that the machines were down, yeah right. He mustered up a fake apology and then shut the door on us again. Despicable behavior all of them need to be fired.
