Folks at the counter are invariably efficient and cheerful but the office has repeatedly failed to honor vacation hold requests! Came home from a 2 week vacation last winter to find soggy mail spilling out of our mail slot. Today I have a week's worth stuffed in to overflowing after requesting a hold. Maybe customers need to show up in person with a printout of the online request.

This is my the worst usps experience in this office. There was a young black lady and she ignored me for help and she was very rude and disrespectful.
