4Just picked up a package and had the absolute worst customer experience of my life. ANDREA was working 9.21.23 @12: 40pm and was extrmely rude and seemed terribly annoyed to be asked to do her job. I strongly reccomend letting her go or not letting her have any interaction with customers moving forward. She made snotty comments toward me although I was nothing but polite.
The worst in service.by phone or website. Usps HAS to get human beings to take care of “other” issues like loss of mail key etc. This main sr branch’s phone system is useless you wait for a minute and a half minute just hangs up lol! Basically there’s a old dusty phone hanging on the corner no one pays attention too. For those who are disabled, elderly or have no way of driving to a usps branch your out of luck. Straighten up no wonder other delivery services are profiting as your sinking. This is directed at the man at the top post office general. Love my delivery drivers!
Love everyone there. All the staff that work there and keep the mail flowing, deserve the utmost respect. And I appreciate going to get my mail for myself and my wife!
