There was a long line of course today. This mail clerk (Leo) tells a woman in line to cut the line, and motions her to the counter to help her. Unethical slob! Doing all his thinking below the waist. I found a bunch of mail outside and I tried to return it-what a nightmare. It's filthy outside with people panhandling. The counter people are weird and look miserable.

AVOID! Yes, they are friendly, but don’t make them fool you. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIERS. First, Mrs Shirley claimed I used wrong address for my certified mail letter even though it was 100% correct, she claimed no such address in their system, even though company I was mailing to has been doing business for 40 years, supervisor refused to double check it, instead she was overloading me with tons of unnecessary information. Other location had no any issues mailing it with the same exact address. Second, I’ve never received a return receipt for my other certified mail and Mrs. Shirley tried again to push her tales on me… After checking on my tracking number she started telling me I did not pay for a return receipt even though I’ve showed her tracking number and payment receipt. Than she started to overload with tons of unnecessary information too, instead of trying to fix or help with the issue. Wasted ONE HOUR of my time here. Third, they overcharged me almost $30 for the parcel! I figured out about it much later, after double checking all the information and FLAT rates. RUN! PS Supervisor was chewing candies/gum like a teenager while talking to the customers…

Very rude staff every single time I come in here. Very unprofessional. You need new employees for this location. Snarky remarks from every employee. Replying rudely & pushing off to another employee. Chatting about other customers. I’ve been to several USPS locations & was never pushed off to another employee. I came in last minute. Cathy was very sweet tho.

Called this location. The incredibly rude gal with very poor grammar that answered the phone would not transfer me to the postmaster. She would not answer any questions about getting ahold of someone to get information about mail delivery! Then hung up on us!

One star because people there are nice but the hours are horrible. 9-5 which means I can only go on Fri/Sat. At least leave access to our po boxes open until 8.

I have been coming to this Office for over ten years and quite regularly as i do online selling, and i have nothing but great things to say about the team and their service. And as I have come to know the staff over the years I would say Stephanie has been a wonderful support over the years, but has moved on to the Main Street location. Luckily SHIRLEY is still here! She has been one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with! She knows me by name and truly treats me like family. She has many years of experience and this shows in both her professionalism and knowledge of the Postal Service System. Im a crazy Star Wars geek and so she always makes sure to let me know when the Special Stamps are coming out. Thanks for the service and support over the years, and for making a trip to the post office feel like a visit to see a friend!

I drive 7 miles to come to this post office because the staff (except one lady) is kind. Waiting is almost pleasant standing in long lines and they move fast.
The people are mostly from leisure world who go here and that’s always a nice bunch to stand in line with.compared to other post offices, I plan to wait in this line here. I don’t mind if it’s a slow processing day. It’s just a nicer area for me, and with one exception: unfortunately one staff member is older and rude, but other staff is kind. I wonder why they are so afraid to tell the older rude lady to stop berating customers? Location may be short people from time to time or slower - it’s ok. I’ve been in loud, packed with people, smelly post offices with customers cussing and disrespectful- this place is my post office. I hope the older gal who is rude: retires.
