Mail hasn't shown up for over a month. Was bothered by a rude customer and the staff agreed with him.

I would rather deal with robots than the one worker here (dark curly hair) who seems to be actively finding reasons why she can't send any of my packages. Funny enough the younger hard of hearing woman had no trouble sending everything off. Came home upset and found out my whole family has had similar experiences with this employee. I will just switch lines or go elsewhere in the future until she's gone.

Several frustrating experiences here lately - self service stamp machine produces stamps that don't stick (weak glue). So you have to wait in a long line for them to tape it on or double pay for a new one. Now our package hasn't arrived (tape fell off?). The next week I go in to mail a box. After waiting a long time for no employees to show up - so all the customers just stood there waiting - I finally get to the front only to have them tell me they are out of the appropriate labels so I have to go to the back of the line to fill out an old label they found in someone's drawer. That package hasn't arrived yet either. And they were rude on top of it all. Not sure why their customers have to be punished for their errors! Very annoying.

They need to do something about lighting, my grandfather tripped outside the parking lot and it could have been avoided if the light wasn’t so dim outside.
