My wife has been telling me：she always had a good time at this office at UPLAND Arrow HWY location every single time when she was visiting this office. She really knows the differences about staff's courtesy, knowledge, and service, which here is much better than the other office, where she moved from, （30 miles away from this location）. Great job. Appreciated. Proud of you for Upland. Thank you so much as an Upland resident of 21 years. I am writing this review because I had a similar experience for two times in a row during the past week. I am a physician myself and I know how important a great service means to the customers.
1. Last week, I was there at Window 3 （ I believe her name is Sherice）, with a pleasant lady behind counter helping me. She really went above and beyond helping me for two issues I was there for. You allowed me to take a picture of detail Instruction on their computer system regarding as to how to deal with a delayed express mail. She even walked out from her counter to the passport window to help explain to me for everything regarding my passport application, with courtesy and kindness. Thank you, Sherice.
2. Today I would like to express my appreciation to Einnar at Window 2, for her service of being above and beyond provided to me regarding my passport renewal. Although she was working only at the front regular counter （not for the passport duty） but she went out helping me, via taking the passport picture for me and collectting all fees and helping me to send out my passport renewal package in a timely manner. Great service, Einnar.

Poor front counter customer service! Not the first time being ignored and receiving rude customer service.

I use their self-help kiosk. You can purchase stamps, get mailing labels, and scan prepaid labels from the kiosk.

They always get the address wrong almost every other order or so.the two separate address are one both front apartments but instead of looking they guess.my wifes mother's day presents was left in front of the wrong door again with 200$ of purchases.step it up and have a staff meeting

I was hesitant to go here because of the poor reviews but I needed to get my passport renewal done. Not only was the clerk, Sherice, kind but also knowledgeable. She answered my questions with kindness and patience. I was able to get the forms filled out and sent all my paperwork within a few minutes. I won’t hesitate to go back here again.

Maps told me to enter the exit only driveway, so watch out for that.
It was so insane inside that my passenger didn't stay in line. Their parking lot was worse than inside, probably because they didn't have an official line out there. I feel lucky to have escaped the whole mess with my life and partial sanity, and strongly urge anyone reading this to find a different post office or buy stamps at the ATM.

I reached out to the 333 E. Arrow Hwy USPS location and reported that my package was not in my mailbox since the tracking said "Delivered" I was given a Services Requests number by the operator and after a few minutes, a live person called me and said that they will try to locate my package. The next day the same guy called me and said that they are working on it. Few hours after, the mailman was right at our door and was able to locate my package and delivered it directly to our house.
I was just so amazed on how they took care of my issue right away and they really work diligently in locating my package.
