I had very very bad experiences at this usps location. Especially Vietnamese lady who I met is so rude, not professional. Hope this lady replaced.

This is my favorite Post Office because the employees there are very helpful and always nice, never rude and usually not very busy.

I came here today about 2pm to buy a box to send my things, but the box here is not strong enough to send, I am afraid the box will burst so I ask for some tape to stick it, but Miss Noody treated me very badly, I won't never come back to this place again in my life.you gave me a very bad impression

Waited almost 3 hours, only to be told we needed to have original birth certificates for the kids, so application couldn’t be processed. Even though on the application it said you can use old passports (even if expired). Coincidentally, this was right as the post office was closing, and she still had 3 more groups to see.

This location and the one on golden west are the worst hands down. Long line of people waiting with one employee working the counter. Long waits and no one knows what’s going on.

Set for a package pickup since I wasn’t home. Got a confirmation email it will be ready at the post office next day. Come in and wait 10 minutes to get counter, employee takes pick up slip and disappears for 20 minutes to come back to say its out for delivery and there’s nothing she can do. No apology and no empathy.

It’s not often I write reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable…the old Caucasian male that files new passports never shown respect to my family and I…he gave us horrible looks and made us feel very belittled…words cannot express how upset my family and I with his customer service…we did not feel respected at all.

This guy that does passport, does not know what he is doing. Told me I had to go change my naturalization cert because all my gov doc contain my middle name and was not on my cert. I call NPIC which told me I didn't need to as long as my name is the same on my gov doc. Wasted my time coming here. Waited 4 week for an appointment and had to wait over an hour after showing up 15 min before my schedule time.

The Lady named Nhu and the White man were being really aggressive to the customer and when i have update on my phone for pickup they refused to find my package and they denied all my update on phone the white old man was full of alcohol breath, this is my worst experience in this post office

The employees at this post office always have an attitude. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the first few times but every time I come here they have an attitude. Whenever i take multiple packages to the post office elsewhere they have no problem scanning it to give me a receipt but whenever I come here they always tell me they cannot do that because it’s too many and to just leave it. Do not come here.

Have to say I agreed with the lack of customer service at this location. Seems only certain ethnicities get a civil response.

A lady name Nhu was so rude and unprofessional. Look like she has forced to do this job and look like she very lazy!

I've been waiting on a package from these guys for 4 days now and they keep on missending it 3 time's now and I'm getting really upset with them they are the worst USPS it should not take this long for a lifeline phone to get to me
