Ms. Williams straight up just said over the phone that she's over it with these packages going missing and that she's ready to retire so she hung up on me. I called her back and told her maybe our call got disconnected. I was told she would transfer me to a supervisor. Supervisor seems like he's busy with other customers at the moment to solve my problem. So what can I say?

Very unprofessional.

Everytime there's no "secure location", I have to always go to the office to pick up my packages. Never schedule a redelivery with them because they decide when they'll deliver again. I waited for two days for them to deliver my package and never got it. And it's one little box and they can't even deliver that.

They are very slow here. Never enough clerks & lines are not clearly marked for which service they provide, but employees are nice

Soo huge line and the only open line is closed this is unacceptable he is just sitting there cleaning up apparently waiting for the other employee to come back from lunch

Terrible service, very rude and disrespectful works. Will never go there again. Young lady in the front desk didn't want to help a single soul and there was only like 3 other people in the place.

Shut the place down opens at “9: 00am”” currently standing outside 9: 11am guy sitting inside chillen while watching customers outside in cold

The camera to take the passport pictures does NOT work or cannot be operated. You have to go and look for a place to have your photos taken. What a waste of time.
