I’m still in disbelief that I’m writing this review but here it goes on 12/13/2023. I was anxiously waiting for a very special package to arrive. When I heard the mail car drive up I started putting on my shoes to receive the package only to sees the white MAIL LADY throw it like it was trash. I was in complete disbelief. I quickly picked up my package and tried flagging her down but she drove away. Absolutely pissed I crossed the street and decided to confront her about throwing my package. When I walked up to her she didn’t even let me talk and tried snatching the package from my hands asking if it was “the wrong address. ” I told her “no” and proceeded to ask why she had thrown my package. She quickly got defensive and said that each package has a bar code on it saying if it’s fragile or not then proceeded to say that she isn’t the only one that handles the packages And if she sees dogs on the property she won’t get off to drop it off. There’s no dogs on my property and she knows that. She’s just lazy. She also drives ridiculously fast and i there’s something remotely close to my mail box she won’t stop to deliver my mail. I HAVE VIDEOS OF HER doing this. When I told her that multiple of my items have arrived broken she then proceeded to say that she was doing my a favor since they get followed around and steal the packages as they leave them and if I wanted something safer to leave a drop box on my property. Mind you, the package she threw could’ve fit in my mailbox since it’s a size XXL but she didn’t care. She never gave me her name instead she proceeded to say that other people do her route on Fri/Sat. I told her that the gentleman who does those days throws my packages as well. She then proceeded to as if HE WAS BLACK to which I responded that yes, sometimes it’s a black gentleman. Her response was “THATS WHY. ” So not only is this lady horrible, rude, and lazy at her job but she’s also RACIST.
Before I end this review, why was this package so special to me? Because it was a necklace with my loved ones remains in it!
This girl needs to be fired. As for the black gentleman yes he throws the packages but at least he gets off the car and tosses them over the gate. This lady doesn’t even get off her car she just throws them. You guys are lucky I can’t post pictures or videos on here otherwise I would and you would see how this horrible lady looks clear as day. DO BETTER

I'll leave a better review once this big blonde lady stops driving past my mailbox when the computer says out for delivery. There's 4 mail boxes next to mine, there's no way that none of them didn't get mail either. Fire her. It's now September 7th and she still keeps passing out mailboxes when I come out. This ain't cool. I've gotten a package late because of her, and it feels racially motivated. She sees me come out to the mailboxes and passes them on purpose. Please get rid of her. Whoever was on the route going down Barbour street in banning. Get rid of her.

The United States office is an excellent location for all passport-related needs. The lines are consistently short, ensuring a quick and efficient process. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience pleasant. It is important to note that appointments are required for passport services, which guarantees minimal wait times. Overall, this office provides a hassle-free and customer-oriented environment for passport applications.

Hands-down, the best service I’ve ever received at a USPS post office. Every staff I came across was extremely friendly and helpful. I could tell that they loved doing their job and was happy to help. I wish I lived closer so I could always come to this post office. They definitely set the standards. Amazing experience. I may just make that 30 minute trip just to come to this post office when I need to. Thank you for everything.

I’m sad to hear of so many people who were unable to get their deliveries on time. We have not had this experience. Our mail carriers are always friendly and when doing Business at the Banning Post Office the staff are always very polite and helpful. Occasionally we do get a delivery for a prior resident, or a delivery for a neighbor’s address, but that isn’t a problem for us. We write “Not at this Address” on prior resident’s mail and hand carry neighbor’s mail to their box. It’s what good neighbors do for one another. I think the USPS does a remarkable job! I am grateful!
