There is a Latina lady there, she refuse to gime her name when I asked what was her name, she is rude, inpatient and looks at you like you going to steal her boxes. She rolled her eye when I ask what envelope she recommended! I did mention to her" you would look more aprochable if you were to at least smile at customers". And she just said " Next".
