Rude and Condescending staff. The passport lady was nice but the front desk staff were both rude and Condescending.

Best experience that I have ever had at a post office. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely is worth the drive. 10/10!

Walked in for Passport services as listed on the website. Not only was there nobody hear to help due to being on leave, the attendant in the front was the least helpful person in any service industry I have met. Not only did he say they don’t do walk-ins, lie, he backtracked and stated well normally there is 20-30 people waiting so it’s just better to make an appointment because you will be serviced, except in todays case. What a waste of time.

Doug at the front counter is the most rudest customer service rep I’ve ever interacted with. I stopped going to this location due to his behavior. The others are nice but his attitude is awful.

The best experience at a USPS Post Office last couple years. Not my local P. O.but worth the drive even with 5$ gas. Folks here have been very friendly and always willing to help.

Efficient usually but the staff here could be a little friendlier. Ive been selling old stuff and when I go in they can be a bit rude. I already have my postage paid but I'm treated like its a chore to get my receipt. Sorry if i want a receipt to show I dropped off the package and be able to let the buyer know I shipped it! Dropped off a package today and because they wouldnt take two seconds to scan it im waiting 12 hours hoping it's going to show up in the system.

One time I mistakenly reused part of an old priority mail box and they made a big deal of it while not answering my questions what the issue was. Like, this is USED cardboard. Sorry if i dont know the rules. (note: took to another post office and it was accepted no issue). I support the post office and postal workers but no need to be so lame to regular working people.

Pay much money for over night shipping. And 3 days package still in transit. They claim the package ship out the next day.

Been here twice in the last week. The staff is so kind and helpful (particularly a Filipino male, and a short hispanic lady).
Shipped (6) heavy books to a Navy base for $23. Soo cheap.

I am very upset because a man named Doug, what a genius, he has a job because one uses his services, lousy service, I never asked him for anything as a gift, it hurts

Showed up 15 minutes early for my passport appointment to fill out paperwork…the older white man proceeds to say “*scoff* you didn’t do anything? It’s going to take 10 minutes to fill out and I’m trying to get out of here”. Very nasty and unprofessional. Also while he was helping another young lady he had her yelling out her PII across the post office while she was taking her picture. I scheduled this appointment a month ago I decided not to go forward with this post office!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and help as much as they can and are allowed to.
