United States Postal Service reviews
8The United States Postal Service is a great company that is one of the most popular delivery companies in America and is good at their job. I have used United States Postal Services my whole life with not only receiving mail but also within the last few years I have been selling online very successfully so I have learned alot about packing and shipping goods and merchandise all across the world. Sadly prices to ship products went up with USPS and as well as for every delivery service company available to me but they are the best for sending small lightweight items still today.
I gave it 3 stars because the 2 homeless people by the entry were a bit aggressive. This is Oroville. I don't live here! Had to mail some important letters for a friend so used the mail slot inside the post office. Last pick up for stamped letters is 345pm weekdays.
Beautiful old building on the corner of Oak Street and Robinson in old downtown Oroville. Historic building (this is NOT the one on Myers.this is on ROBINSON.). Good corner location. You can use the front steps for entry or to the left is a handicapped ramp.
The worst I've ever dealt with. I've been here five years and getting a package is like hitting the lottery. Completely took for granted on getting packages until we moved here. It either ends up at a neighbors or never makes it. Smh. Garbage can post office
I love the staff here. They are always so helpful and friendly. Beautiful, historic building and they keep it clean.
I had 2 days shipping, package was out for delivery and going well. I got a text saying there was a problem delivering my package! I needed what I ordered that day so I went to the post office to try to pick it up, they said I couldn't do that and I'd have to wait for re delivery! So she called the driver and he said it wouldn't fit in my mail box and there would be a re delivery slip! Well no re delivery slip in my mail box and some how magically the package fit into my mail box with 0 issue the next day! I've had nothing but problems with oroville postal services! They have even given my packages to random people at the mail boxes! I've requested them to leave my packages on my porch and yet they still leave them in my mail box and even ones that " won't fit " (it was a small enovople) they are too lazy to bring to my steps. Why do we pay people to do a poor job? If they can't provide the service they are paid to do than how do they still work there
Originating P. O.typed the wrong address and Oroville did not return to sender. Why not? They sent it somewhere and now, the tracking number cannot be found. I am brokenhearted.
I get a PO box because my mail is all messed up, I can't get my driver's license in the mail at home so I get a PO box, &I get here b for 8: pm, & the building is locked I have to wait until the late morning, instead of being out of town. Thanks a buncy
Another thrown package over the fence, ive never been rude always respectful even gave cash as Christmas bonus, only thing I can think is because my American flag is flying, this apparently irritates the one who throws packages, ill be coming down to office. And I've never had a problem with the regular mail carrier, so I don't know why the temp one's just don't care about people's mail or packages.
