7Straight up left my eBay delivery on the sidewalk on N. Figueroa in front of an apt complex where of coarse it was ripped off. Genius. Was a huge pain to even figure out that it was even delivered that way, then the lady tried to lie about it. Nice
THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND MY MAIL! THEY PUT ONLINE THAT THEY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE AND MAIL BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED IT! THEY'RE LAYING AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS SORRY WE LOST YOUR PACKAGE AND MAIL! THE SUPERVISOR DON'T EVEN HELP! THEY'RE NOT DOING THERE JOB!

They are just terrible, lost my mail, wouldn't recommend this service.
Horrible place with horrible people! This woman was texting on her cell phone the whole time that I was at the window! No "hello" no "thank you" as I'd I wasn't there! Whatever happenef to good customer service, seems like our society is getting worse and worse, young people today don't have values or respect anymore!
Many people are waiting for the Christmas season, but only one window is open.
I avoid this post office bad service, parking, untrained. I rather drive to nearby York location.
