United States Postal Service, Canoga Park CA

They receive a package from UPS, yet I have to pick it up from them. I have always had problems with this particular Post Office.

I am federal employee for the United States Postal service.

I have a item I purchased online that was guaranteed to arrive at my residence April 16,2020.

Unfortunately, my item has been sitting at the canoga Park post office” just cause” since April 13 pending acceptance.

Very disappointed with this Postal location.

I have no idea why my item is sitting at facility.

I have gotten 2 voicemails from them asking me to call them back about a package I lost. I have tried for the past week calling them everyday and the phone rings for 5 minutes then disconnects. I live a state away from this post office, so it's not like I can walk down there and talk to someone. It is so incredibly frustrating because I just want to find my package and get in touch with someone at this location and move on.

Incompetent when it comes to customer service. Parking lot is a disgusting hang out for extremely drunken filthy individuals. Embarrassing to see that the Federal Gov't is so unable to get the job done.

Great hours here for at least dropping off mail a little later than most other Post Offices. Staff are nice. Long lines though and they need more staff at other windows for other customers to get the lines moving. Homeless and thugs hang out in front all day everyday. Be aware of your surroundings.

I just don’t know what to do. While delivering my international package they’ve lost the part of address on it. That’s why my package was on the way to distribution center LA. There was no alerts by email that day, but I was subscribed to ALL notifications regarding this tracking number. The same evening I made claims about redelivery and my tension to pick it up by myself everywhere in LA. The post office supervisor, the technical support - they all made requests about returning my package the next morning. Now it’s the morning of the second day of searches. My package processed through LA custom to the way back yo the sender. What’s wrong with you all? I am here, I am not sitting, I am trying to reach my package with all possible ways. But it leaves the country anyway.

I pay yearly for others to get their mail placed in my box on a regular basis. On average, I get six pieces of mail each week that is not mineand I'm sure others are getting my mail in their boxes. I have talked with two supervisors over the last two years and the sorters are apparently too lazy, too dyslexic or they just don't care. When my lease is up, going to pay a little more and use UPS mail boxes. Could they be any worse?

My package is still sitting in this office. Do they not deliver their packges? That's almost just as bad as stealing. I pay for their service and they just let stuff sit there. This place needs a surprise inspection. Who do I go besides them to put out a complaint?

They won't deliver the packages or bother to leave a note. If it wasn't for the online notifications I wouldn't know. Also mail lady won't take the letter that I send. I have to go and drop them off.

The worst usps office in the nation! My Mom got a missed delivery notice. I went there with the notice, they refused to give me the package cause my address was not matching with my Mom. Gave me a number to call for redelivery. The number is a joke, an automated machine asks for first name, last name and never get it right. It's a huge inconvenience. USPS should be closed for good!

Homeless people living in the plants outside the office. Pan handlers asking for money outside of office. I have complained to manager many times and they never do anything about it. Staff is ok. It's a dingy office.

I am sitting here trying to call them and it's ringing over and over as I read these reviews about them never answering the phone!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Tried calling to report a missing package, called about 13 times and only one time they answered and they put me on hold just to tell me that they'll call me later.

The Don't answer. It is sad that they can not provide decent service.
Probably they are super short in people.

Package showed a delivery attempt at 4pm but "unable to deliver, business closed. "

I saw no attempt for delivery from here behind my counter, at my very open business, at 4pm.when my usps and ups accounts both have my business hours for deliveries.too lazy to find the right store?

These people don't answer the phone, i been calling all day. Seriously this place is a joke, the supervisor should be fired.if you can't afford a telephone service say that on page and remove the phone number.
I would give you 0 starts if there was an option.

First time Amazon couldn't deliver a package on time for me, because of this office! And this was the only time I needed it to be on time! All the other companies they just bring the package to our door and USPS driver couldn't figure this out! For more than 10 years I was in Encino and I never had this kind of problem with that office! I hope they can see these reviews and they realize being suck at their job it really not a great thing!

I've had over 10 packages disappear from December 2014 to now. You can never get anyone on the phone. Met with 2 supervisors and THEN you begin to understand the staff's incompetence OR are they shopping and I'm paying the bill. I've filed a complaint with the postmaster and cancelled my P. O. Box!
I'm not stopping until I get reimbursed for my items! !

I got priority mail package and I give them correct pick up address and drop up address so I thought they put the correct address in the USPS system but unfortunately I didn't got my mail in three weeks after that I called them and then they said I am sorry there was wrong address in the system, so I would like to request from every one to do not use this location they are non experienced people working, plz plz don't use this place

For over two months now, we have been experiencing our postage being delivered to neighbors or not delivered at all! We have had to deal with late charges on a water bill and an internet billing because those bills were not delivered to our address. This has been going on for too long. Where is our regular postal carrier, Cecil?
