United States Postal Service reviews
20I've had three packages be delivered in 9 months. They put it in the parcel locker and each time somehow forget to leave the key in my mailbox so I can open the locker, deliveries to the wrong address, lockers that do not open. Continue to show why they should be closed. The level of stupidity at the USPS has no bounds.
Driver has been driving past my residence twice in a row now! Frustrating. Quit skipping my residence, this has been a ongoing problem!
For 14 years this has been my post office. The employees have warmed up and are almost friendly. They give the best service in Fullerton.
The Customer Service from the Supervisors at this location is excellent! On 2 separate occasions I've had to talk to the Supervisors about tracking packages. In the first case, Kay told me to give her a call in the afternoon to follow up and as promised, she came to the phone and provided me with great customer service. Today, Barbie asked me for my phone number and as promised she called me back about my package tracking.
I don't really rave about customer service but in a time where it seems to be non existent, especially at the government service level, it's refreshing to find people and a post office where they actually seem to care, speak to you with big smile on their faces, and genuinely provide great service.
Thank you Fullerton PO staff!
It’s always slow. It’s always crowded. And unfortunately this is the only way you can send whatever it is you got to send.
Because my official post office is farther away, I come to fullerton to drop off my outgoing packages. The lines are never long, and when they are there are enough tellers for the line to shorten quickly. The tellers are super nice! The man with glasses offered me a chocolate once, and has complimented my Batman shirt. Even shipping internationally is easy after it was kindly explained to me. When the office itself is not open, there is a machine in the other room for easy self-service!
Post office has hired very polite gentleman. Thank you Chris for deliving our mail and makeing sure it’s all good! First time in a while my mail is good.
This location is always so helpful. They always offer better solutions and even the gentleman who cleans up in the morning and at night and opens the doors is a great guy. They always have plenty of supplies. The workers always have a good attitude. I am thoroughly pleased with this location. And yes sometimes I have to wait in line, but the staff knows what they’re doing so they’re going to get through the line as fast as is
possible.
With this are 6 times I'm going to ask why my mail does not arrive. Supervisor Fernando does not help me.with whom I have to help me
with whom I have to talk.local news?
Not a Helpful Place at all. Clueless. Very annoying. Employees need training on how to be a lot nicer to customers.
Wow, 3 stars? Really? Well, whenEVER I have visited this place I am greeted respectfully, and I'm served professionally. They ALWAYS get me in and out. This is my experience, and I'm quite satisfied with visiting this location.
The postal delivery service in this area is horrible-I opened a ticket with them to let them know that the mailman helped me open the parcel box because I had a package waiting there and did not receive a key. When he did this, there was a stack of random mail in the parcel box! He proceeded to close the parcel box stating that he needed to ask his supervisor what to do with the undelivered mail. I still have missing mail and the parcel box has been locked ever since (it is NEVER open/empty). If I had not run into the mailman myself, I might still be waiting for my package. The people on the phone were very pleasant and I would happily change my review if this issue gets resolved.
I'm trying to track down a package that said it was suppose to arrive 3 days ago and they Won't answer the line every time I call and I can't leave a message.
I had a great experience renewing my passport. I think I may have been lucky, because the process they have is a bit disorganized. However one of the front desk clerks helped me and I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Received my new passport a few weeks later.
Worst Customer service ever
Called to ask about passport information a lady by the name LUCY didn't even know anything about passports she was very rude and was talking like if she were in a hurry to hang up I mean if your going to have someone answer your phone make sure they are polite and if they don't know what there talking about transfer the call to someone that can be helpful
The mailman on my address zone is probably a zombie without brain
I live in apartment complex over Placentia ave
There's 1400's and 1404's building number with same apartment numbers I live in 1404 and I am getting 1400's neighbor's mail.
UNPROFESSIONAL CREW PAY ATTENTION! A
The staff at the Chapman Ave post office in Fullerton are sullen, rude and often appear hostile. They never smile. They rarely offer a suggestion on how you might mail a package or envelope. I now drive to another nearby post office for anything beyond mailing a letter just because the workers in the nearby post offices smile when you walk in the door.
Horrible service. They are lost and oblivious and unhelpful. Avoid usps and fedex at all cost. Stick to UPS THEYRE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO
Very poor service. It shows their unhappy with their job. Quit or retire! Always losing mail and making mistakes.
Poor poor poor service.
Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Came here once and the postal worker seemed like I wasted his time because I decided I didn't want to mail a package because the price was too high. Waits can get really long here because it seems like there aren't enough people at the counters.
