We had a very bad experience with this organization. Be careful that they just want money because you have to pay an amount of money before class starts, and no refund! No exchange the class even my child is very sad and no fun at all!

US youth volleyball Put on a great advance junior clinic to get kids ready to play in club in high school.

Our child's scheduled COVID coach caused a delay in the program start and replacement of coach for the remaining duration. As we had already made other family plans for the duration, Shirley Brown at USYVL promptly and graciously processed a full refund for the cost of the program. We wish our child could have participated and will look forward to another opportunity next summer!

This league is very poorly run. The field we were supposed to play at twice a week was closed more than a couple times. All the parents would call and email Jennifer to have someone open the gates and no one ever got a return phone call or email from her. Several of the coaches tried calling and still no response. The money spent on this league was not money well spent. We will go to a different leave next year.

My daughter's registration was cancelled due to lack of coaches. I understand that if there aren't enough coaches, then not everyone can play. We registered in February but people that registered later were not cancelled. I was concerned before the season started because I saw that they were short of coaches and reached out to them to see if the season was going to proceed. I received an email on Wednesday afternoon confirming the start of the season and was instructed to bring a volleyball. I ran out and purchased a volleyball on Wednesday night for the Thursday practice. My daughter's name showed up on a team on the team board. We show up on Saturday and we're told her name isn't on a team. I receive a refund and when I ask about it, that's when I'm told that her team has been cancelled. They put kids into teams and then cancelled the team after the season started. Shouldn't they cancel later registrations and then put the kids into teams? Completely disorganized and disappointing.

My daughter and her friends had a blast playing volleyball within the USYVL program. She was part of the program for 2 years. We only stopped because she started club volleyball. She learned the fundamentals of volleyball and had fun. Fun is what really matters! Parents are the coaches and really help with the overall dynamics of the program. I coached a season and really enjoyed that experience. Practices took place locally, and the games were pretty close by. If your child is showing interest in volleyball, I highly recommend trying out USYVL before you join a club and spend mucho $$.

Do not waste your money on this program. They dont teach your children anything. They can care less what the parents have to say. They cheat you out the cost for playing. Very bad experience. Trust I use to coach here and felt bad for the children. I have text meassages of the supervisor talking about parents. Shame.

Have kept our money since March 2020. Was told in October 2020 we would receive a refund when the programs resumed. Now that programs resumed we were told we can only transfer. My daughter no longer wishes to play. Really sad that usyvl won't do the right thing!

They cancelled my daughters clinic because of COVID (understandable) each time they postponed they asked us instead of getting a refund.could we please help them out and just push the registration later. I kindly did that. NOW, they are telling me it is too late for a refund! I waited for THEIR benefit!
Do NOT believe anything this company says

I am in the same situation as everyone, basically lost $300.

Would you all like to file a claim with the court?

Last year I registered both my children on March 13,2020, $300 was charged. Since the COVID closure, I have contacted them numerous times since April 2020, each time on the phone with Shirley or other associates would ask to wait until they reopen, a refund will be process at that time. Contacted them every month April, May, June, July 2020, per Shirley there is nothing until further notice. She said wait till the closures are lifted and they are fully are reopened. This year in May and June, both my emails are unresponsive, no one reply. I can no longer get a hold of anyone on the phone.

My son has played for this organization for years and I always loved it. However he played indoor a couple yrs ago and it was not a great experience but he wanted to try again. I paid $660 March 2020, then COVID happened. They sent me a form to fill out for a refund or credit option. I chose a refund. Well no refund and it’s now June 2021! All I get are excuses as to why they can’t give me a refund yet. I know it’s time for legal action! Update: I received an email today July 1rst stating that I would not receive a refund but a credit for future season, whenever that is.

Refuse to give refund for a season that never happened. I've been a volunteer coach for a few years and this place is horribly disorganized. They don't answer phone calls and stopped responding to emails. We are pursuing legal actions for them defrauding us and others.

Beware of these Frauds! Paid the fee for the camp to begin this next week. After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls (3 weeks of attempts) it appears that I have paid for nothing!

I had the same experience as the reviewer Mark. They will not refund my $175 and I am filing a complaint. I have compled the refud request they asked me to last year and now no one responds to phone messages or emails. Do not give your money to this fraudelent organization.

Quite literally the worst customer experience of 2020. We registered our daughter for volleyball through this horrible organization in Feb of 2020. Registration cost was $175. Volleyball was cancelled due to covid, and despite several requests for a refund USYVL refused to issue a refund to our family. Awful. Do not trust this organization, buyer beware!

Looks like they are running a pyramid operation. Got $175 1 year ago. No lessons no refunds. I tried to dispute with the card and they managed to defraud the card company. The next step is a small court. They need to be reported. This may be criminal.
