How do we get our results. I see you guys email the children results but us adults have to be calling and location doesn’t always answer.

I prepaid a $99 RT-PCR test (per person), and when they saw that we have Canadian citizenship, the added an unadvertised $65 dollars on top of that. Once in the drive thru, you have no option to back off as you already deposited $99. The worker said that the $65 adder for Canadian citizens was advertised somewhere in the website. What a scam. Stay away. BTW it seems that if you don't make an appointment and just show up, the tests are free.

Cobraron $99 para agendar un examen PCR por persona, y cuando vieron que somos canadienses, agregaron una tarifa de $64. Ya en la fila, no tienes opción de cancelar pues ya depositaste $99. La empleada dijo que la tarifa extra de $65 está anunciada en su sitio de internet, lo cual es falso. Esto es una estafa. Por cierto, al parecer si no haces una cita, y sólo te presentas, los exámenes son gratis.

Went for a covid test late December. No results provided. No way to contact by phone (no answer, all voicemail full). No responses to email. Do not go here. System requires at least a 1-star before allowing me to post a review. Otherwise negative stars.

Still waiting for my PCR results from 12/27. It is now 1/12. They don’t answer their phone or respond to email. A complete scam.

They never answer their phones so it's impossible to get any kind of help. And even if you try to leave a message, it's always a full box

This place is terrible! Covid test results are very important for business and personal and social life of people and these guys don’t send the test results after 2 days, even not answering their phone at all or replying their email. I had to travel to their facility, possibly spreading more germs or virus if I was positive to Covid just because they don’t answer the phone or they don’t email the results. That’s insane specially when the Covid numbers are increasing that fast in the Nation and California. The city public health should do something to avoid these happening. Don’t waste your time and risk your life with Universal Diagnostic Labradorites!

I like getting my COVID. Test done here but the phone service is horrible I call 20 times and nobody answer the phone … I press the billing department and sale department and nothing … so why have a phone ID nobody is going to answer it

Love this lab. They make testing easy. Drive-thru testing Covid Testing! Yes, please. Last thing I want to do is give someone else something I have or vis versa. Staff is pleasant and hard working. Definitely a place I would have family and friends go!

If you want a fast service and response this is the place to go. I was referred to universal by my travel agent when I was looking for a covid testing facility for my trip. Been here several times and always get in/out and my results quickly. One time they mispelled one of the names from a traveling test (our fault for the poor writing) and I was concerned about the airline making a fuss over it so I called the lab to fix it for us and they gladly did immediately. This is the excellent service I appreciate from any place!

They charged me $ 99 per person but used my insurance to charge for the test. When I call them they tell me that they charge that for making the appointment when without an appointment the test just for doing the line they do and they do not charge anything.do not make an appointment.and it seems to me quite unfair of this company

They advertise that you will get your results in less than 24 hours which is not true and then are rude to me on the phone because I have been calling them all day to see if my results are ready and they tell me to call back and then give attitude on the phone. Would not recommend!

First off all of their prior reviewers have only reviewed this diagnostic lab. Ask yourself who would create an account and give a laboratory 5 stars? Second look up their yelp reviews. This is a scam company. They sent me an invoice for lab work done 5 months ago and dated the invoice a month prior to sending it. Lastly my labs were done for preventative care which is fully covered by my insurance company.

Worst Ever Lab does not bill or take any insurance. They fail to mention that when you are having your labs done. They ended up sending me a $650 bill.
I have good insurance, i would not have used this lab, but my Doctor referred me because they are in the same building.
