I hate to be lied too. When I’m told that they tried several times to contact me by phone and I know darn well they didn’t. These cell phones show every incoming and outgoing calls. So it’s a no brainer when you’ve had the phone on you all day waiting on their call and nothing. Bad business.
On September 13.2023 I call the office inquiring about the length of time for a new patient appointment. I spoke with a woman named Paula.not only was she EXTREMELY helpful but went way above and beyond the call of duty. Paula makes calling the office a real joy.thank you Paula!

They're nice but some of them talk too loudly considering it's a big echoing box of a building. I dislike the constant strong Lysol smell in the front. Also it's stuffy in front and back. No airflow. I think the hubby needs more attention then a phone call and more options for relief besides stuff like drugs or shots.
