John Shea at Universal Signs is a pleasure to work with. I requested a few quotes for some projects that had short timeframes and some that had a bit more time. His pricing was reasonable and he came to speak to me about my project goals before printing the banners. He hand delivered them and offered to come back with his grommet tool to add in grommets if we needed it. I recommend working with them! I know I will be sending him more future quotes. Thank you.
I worked with John at Universal Signs to design and install a wrap for my Class 1 desert race team. It turned out pretty sharp! John was easy to work with and I would use him again. We did hit some road bumps at time of production and installation unrelated to Universal Signs. This project could have been shelved, yet this would have put our race team in a bind, not to mention made our sponsors unhappy. John demonstrated high integrity by working long hours to ensure the wrap was completed on schedule. I would use Universal Signs again and recommend giving John a call for your next vehicle wrap.
My experience with Universal Signs started very positive. John was eager to please and to get our project on the books. I began to notice around the time of the first deposit that John seemed a little pre-occupied and unable to focus on our business. I didn't fault him for that.
Our business had felt that Unversal Signs was lacking proactive communication regarding the expected outcome of the project. There was some confusion as to what we were looking for. Additionally, I wish that John had honored verbal decisions we had made.
In the end, John did make things right. He was able to finish our project and it did look good. We are very thankful for his contributions and for his help but we will not be working with him again.
