Very clean and pretty! Close shopping and eating. New properties are available and excited to see them.

A good place to live, especially for the elderly. Rent the space includes some utilities. Most people own their own mobile home, although management does have some rentals. Community activities. Good city to live in and close to a highly rated Hospital Loma Linda University Medical. Not far from shopping with bus service if you don't have transportation.
