University Presbyterian Church reviews
8UPC has been my church "home" for many years. Lots of exciting things happening here. We have hybrid services: in-person & virtual, but recently the choir started again. Are you looking for a new faith community? Join us at 9 am in the Santuary for a traditional service or at 11 am in the Great Room, which offers a more contemporary service.
After 30 years of being affiliated with this church I am still amazed at the love and joy I experience.
We joined UPC in 1976 and it has been our family's church home ever since.
Our young pastors and young music director present an uplifting Sunday Service that coordinates scripture, message and hymns.
I have been attending UPC for the past year or so and I absolutely love it! Everyone is very welcoming and warm, and I felt instantly at home when I walked in the door. Pastor Renn and Pastor Dustin deliver amazing sermons that are incredibly researched, profoundly insightful and extremely thought-provoking. Most importantly, through word and deed, UPC is steeped in the belief that God is Love. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to worship and I look forward to becoming a more active part of the UPC community.
Love this church community. Welcoming! Dedicated to serving the community and speaking the truth of God’s love in their words and actions. Love bringing my family here and seeing how my kids are embraced and given space in worship too.
Welcoming people, thoughtful conversation and the best hugs from grandmas. Great pastors. I love that once a month the Lao and English speaking congregations worship together. This church is nerdy in the best ways: intellectually vibrant, celebrates learning in all forms, and delights in excellence.
I have been lucky to attend UPC for the past 40 years. I love that our church adapts with the changing times, but stays rooted in our Presbyterian tradition. Also we have great people here who really care about each other and our community.
