Petco is a store specializing in the care of your pet. I was very well attended and found all the products I needed at Petco Menlo Park. I recommend.

Customer service has gone way downhill in the past serval years. The service used to be excellent and I really liked bringing my dogs here. The employees were kind and very considerate. Now they barley say hello to you when you walk in the store let alone help you out with the bath area. The lack of customer service has nothing to do with COVID and everything to do with employee hiring and training.
