I've been seeing Dr. Qasem for several months for Softwave treatments for chronic swelling in my ankles and knees. He not only treats my knees and ankles but approaches my healing from a wholistic viewpoint and treats my entire body with cupping, massage, lymphedema massage and other treatments to get to the root cause of the swelling and facilitate my general healing. He's knowledgeable, competent, kind, compassionate and truly embodies the "care" that's so often missing in our "healthcare" industry. I'm feeling so much better and recommend him to my friends and anyone in pain. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Qasem and his clinic.

The best service I have had, with a lot of dedication and human quality, and with innovative procedures such as stem cells, which in a short time gives very good results, in my opinion a 20 out of 10. I recommend it.

I got my first treatment and felt way different & relax
I'm in love with this clinic.

To be honest, I have been hesitant to write this review. Two reasons for it: 1). I have never written a review for any health care providers. 2). All the reviews so far for this service provider are good.

Nevertheless, I have decided to proceed with writing this review to share what I saw from my own eyes at this clinic.

I chose this clinic over many others simply because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, what I saw in the clinic a few weeks back was really disturbing and I think I have the obligation to share with any prospective patients, their families and their friends.

In the middle of my last visit, I saw the doctor - Dr Qasem - argue with a young patient, made her cry and then left her on a treatment table for around 30 minutes until another doctor came to relieve her. Apparently, this is a very unprofessional and unacceptable way of treating patients. I could not believe it. I would never imagine what I saw from my own eyes based on the way the doctor speaks (softly) and the impression he typically shows to patients (friendly).

This type of behavior should never show up for any health care providers.

I stopped my visits to this clinic ever since and will never go back.

I trusted this clinic because kaiser recommend it. I'm so disappointed. These people are a big time fraud. Trust me the adjustedments and wave machine do not work at all. They will lie to you in your face saying it will work to rob your money they don't care about your pain. I will never trust a chiropractor again in my life. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I believe in justice coming from above. I know it's just money but how do
these people sleep or live knowing they lie and still money from people it's not fair they laugh at our pain we go there with a lot of pain and we trust that they will help us relieve our pain but instead they lie to rob.

I just had my session with Dr. Qassem. I see him on a regular basis for chronic autoimmune condition.over the last 20 years I tried every possible treatment including stem cell.
The best I felt is since I've started seeing Dr. Qassem about a year ago. He is knowledgeable, open minded and kind.

While I was writing this review I was surprised to read "Peter Smith" review because I was their when that incident happened.
I was under the infrared light next to the treatment table of the patient in Peter's review.
There are few inaccurate things about "Peter Smith" review:

1. The patient "Peter Smith" is talking about is actually a patient of Dr. Nami and not Dr. Qassem.
2. Dr. Qassem was helpful to his collegue and starting the patient on a traction table
3.the patient asked how often she needs the treatment. He said for best results; it's best to do the treatment twice a week otherwise the benefits would be temporary.
4. Patient started to cry hysterically accusing Dr. Qassem of misinforming her about the treatment. He spent about 30 minutes while myself and 2 of his other patients were disturbed by her as she was rude to him (BTW there was no Peter Smith there)
5. Dr. Qassem advised her to speak to her chiropractor Dr. Nami since he has 3 patients waiting for him and needs to attend to his patients.
6. The patient reaction was exaggerated and very disturbing to other patients present.
I hope people do no abuse their reviews.

I've been seeing Dr. Qassem for a year. I'm thankful for all he does and always with compassion and kindness.

Dr. Q is very caring, attentive and loves what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable. The shock wave therapy really does wonders to your body. He will perform different techniques every time you see him in addition to the shock wave therapy.

I have very bad sciatica, I was in bed for weeks in pain, walking so so painful for me, I can't even stand or walk for 3 minutes! I came here to see Dr. Qasem for only 1 time, and I had such a relief, I was able to walk out that door, he will really take his time to listen to where your pain was at, and explain to you why is there pain there and how will he treat you. Pain is no joke, so I highly recommend coming here. Lily

Dr. Qasem really knows what he's doing! He has helped me a lot. I highly recommend anyone see him if they need anything from chiropractic care to cupping to hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment!

This clinic offer the cupping Hijama, and Shock Wave are by far the best! I had wet cupping done by Qasem and he was simply outstanding. My whole treatment was done with great professionalism and so much care was given to me. Qasem explain everything in details regarding my treatment and offered me valuable advice, He take his time to listen and advise you on what treatment is best before starting, He explain each step and are very reassuring with scientific details. I was so scared of doing cupping Hijama before but after going there I've done it so many times now, I always feel so much better after. And by the way the hygiene of this place is on point! Amazingly clean. I highly recommend to go and see Qasem. Thank you!

I went in for a DOT physical to maintain my Class B license. I filled out the paperwork on my phone, link provided by them when I arrived. My answers were then transferred to the required DOT paperwork and emailed back to me, so submitting it to the DMV online was easy. Dr. Do was patient, kind, thorough with his questions, and answered all the questions I had. Great service, definitely would recommend!

Dr Q is very helpful and very professional, he shared all of his knowledge on how to take care of your self. Good job Dr Q and thank you very much.

I went with Dr. Diana and she helped me greatly. I thank her very much for her patience and she helped me
