After initially using an alternative realtor company we were so lucky to find Katrina Tom and Unlocked. They were just what we were looking for. We would attend the open houses and the Unlocked team would send us property details and an amazing market analysis. They made the buying process so easy. We got our rebate 1 day after closing. Traditional real estate agents are just simply not worth the fees! Unlocked and Katrina were truly the gold standard.

We cannot recommend Jesse and the awesome unlocked team enough. For starters what’s not to like about getting a 1% rebate back on your home purchase…If you are already scouring Zillow and Redfin to find homes of interest, why pay a realtor to do the same thing? Outside of identifying homes for you to look out and attending Open Houses with you, the unlocked team does everything else a traditional realtor would do and some. Jesse and his team were always super responsive to questions via email and available to talk through specific questions. They provide an analysis of the disclosures to identify and help prioritize areas of concern as well as doing the comps and damn if their estimate wasn’t always on the money. Jesse was supportive and always willing to put offers on homes we were excited about, but realistic with expectations when we were on the lower end (or even a little below) of their comps. All that to say, as first time home buyers we appreciated his patience with our various questions and his support to find our perfect first home!

As I sit here in the comfort of my new home, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for Katrina (Unlocked). Her invaluable assistance, expertise, and dedication throughout the home-buying process have made this journey an absolute joy. Katrina demonstrated exemplary professionalism throughout the negotiation and closing processes, acting as a reliable liaison between all parties involved. We are really glad that we worked with Justin and Unlocked. Our house buying process went really well. Justin provided guidance throughout the process, provided lots of useful information, and did a really good negotiation for our best interest. Communications with Justin is very smooth and efficient, we felt very comfortable working with Justin. The check was received right away after closing. Working with Unlocked is the best decision I have ever made when buying my first home. Justin and his team have really gone above and beyond at every single stage of the purchase process.

As a first-time homebuyer, I first found myself in a bidding war with 10 other buyers and was truly overwhelmed. Justin guided me very patiently and always listened to my needs. He stayed on top of everything and was extremely responsive. He provided me with a value report on this property that was super professional, enabling me to offer a price that is just enough to get the contract.

I then went to escrow right before Christmas. Despite the fact that almost everyone was in holiday mode, Justin found me the best inspector and negotiated very successfully on my behalf. For many days, I was traveling. It was Justin who went to the property in person, meeting with several different inspectors, contractors, and the listing agent, and got the work done.

It would be very remiss of me not to mention other members I met and worked with from the Unlocked team. Nick went on several home-hunting tours with me and always asked insightful questions about each property. Katrina covered the weekends and always responded timely. In that sense, working with their team is much better than working with a traditional individual agent as I was in good hands 24/7.

In all, I've truly enjoyed my home-buying process with UNLOCKED. Needless to say, getting a rebate was amazing, but I would choose to work with them even without the rebate!

Justin and Unlocked were terrific in helping us purchase our new home. His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market was excellent. We were especially impressed with his timeliness in always answering our questions quickly and his ability to arrange for any showings or inspections when needed. Finally, Unlocked was able to provide us a great rebate on their commission right after closing.

We worked with Jesse twice now. Given that we were already familiar with the market, we didn't need a traditional broker. Instead, we needed someone who would focus on evaluation, negotiation, and offer strategies. Jesse provided exactly that service. And having a nice rebate on closing is also a big bonus. I would recommend working with them.

We had a great experience end to end with Unlocked. After having bad experiences with 4 different agents who all led us to over bid or go with their preferred lender, working with unlocked was a very pleasant experience. Unlocked gave us well structured disclosure summaries and comps and the agent was very responsive and professional throughout. If you like doing you are familiar with your area, do your own open house visits and don't need hand holding, you're better off with Unlocked.
