Uomo San Francisco reviews
14Masoud and his team recently provided one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Needed a new shirt on short notice for a family event out of town and he and team were able to help me pick out and tailor a beautiful Eton shirt and he allowed me to bring in another shirt for tailoring that I was planning to take that no longer fit well in just a few days and in time for my trip. Excellent customer service, beautiful clothes, highly recommend!
Had a great experience with the team from Uomo!
Purchased a lovely suit and sport coat which was tailored to my liking. I'll be back!
Great quality clothes & excellent service. Masoud is a master at matching my clothes needs, and really knows his business.
Living in a rural area back east and traveling now and then to San Francisco, a stop at Uomo is always part of my plan. They have a terrific selection of Canali and Pal Zaleri sport coats that would be hard for me to find near home. Masoud and Reza offer highly personalized and attentive service. Give Uomo a try!
DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE customer service. Typical rude and arrogant store supervisor where they think they are entitled because they sell some nice suits and shirts. Its so funny how they get so entitled because they sell some suits.
Visiting from europe for a wedding and went in to look for a white eton dress shirt. Saw the price was $130 more than if i were to buy back at home in europe, so decided not to buy it. Then the store supervisor butts into our convo with the sales rep (who was actually nice) and is like
"whats the problem". I said the pricing. And with attitude and disrespect "well thats our price, " and suddenly became rude when he realized we werent buying. Times are hard but no need to externalize your problems onto customers. Selection of shirts and suits were small and outdated as well. Nothing to buy here.
This is the best men's clothing store I've ever been to. Masoud has an incredible selection of beautiful garments and his customer service is second to none. There is no need to shop anywhere else for high quality men's clothing.
Really enjoyed my experience shopping here a few weeks ago. I saw a shirt in the window that I just had to have and while I was there they recommended an amazing jacket to go with it. I have worn this jacket with several outfits as it's a super versatile and fun design in a beautiful blue color. I get so many compliments on the jacket when I wear it and I will definitely be back to this store on my next trip to San Francisco.
Uomo is first class provider of fashion men’s clothing and accessories! I live in the LA area but have received top notch customer service to meet my attire needs whether it be for a formal occasion or more casual items. Massoud has my measurements enabling me to place orders over the phone with multiple suggestions for choices displayed to me via email!
Massoud is the best and super responsive to any of my requests.

Nothing to say other than incredible in every aspect. Masoud is not only I credibly knowledgeable about clothing, but also very sincere. I would highly recommend Uomo.
A must stop when visiting San Francisco. Masoud and his staff always do a great job and the clothes are of exceptional quality.
If you’re looking for a phenomenal shopping experience, look no further than Uomo and Masoud; the reviews on this page speak perfectly to my experience. I recently purchased a suit and had it tailored by Uomo/Masoud and was blown away by both the exquisite quality and the impeccable service I received. Simply put, shopping at Uomo was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Masoud was attentive and knowledgeable and ensured that my experience in his shop was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring my satisfaction. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure.
The accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, truly made my experience truly memorable. The shop offered an extensive array of options, each expertly crafted with exquisite, high-quality fabrics. Masoud showcased the variety of options, which blended bold, unique and classy suits with beautiful presentation. The suit I purchased was for my best friend’s wedding, which was only days away. Not only did Masoud pick a perfect suit for me, he had it tailored that same day given my stress about having it ready and fitted on time – nothing short of the best customer service I have ever received. And I might add that the tailoring and fit could not have been better.
If there were 100 stars, I would give them to Masoud and Uomo. Uomo has gained a customer for life, and I can’t recommend it enough for a fantastic experience.
The manager of this store is extremely racist. He was disrespectful to me and my family and acted like we won’t be able to afford what they sell because we’re brown. I asked the manager for my size and he kept on saying the price and how we can’t afford it. This was the worst experience I’ve had as a coloured person in my life in SF. Disgusting.
I purchased two beautiful topcoats at Uomo this winter. They have been perfect additions to my cold-weather wardrobe here in NYC. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
As Oscar Wilde noted, "I have the simplest of tastes. I am always satisfied with the best. "
I’ve shopped with Masoud at Uomo in San Francisco for nearly two decades, much of that online from other places. Masoud’s dedication to the finest clothing and impeccable service keeps me coming back.
