Upland Animal Hospital, Rancho Cucamonga CA

Drove 50 miles as nothing near my home was open on a Sunday. Due to a cancellation i was able to get my dog in. Love that they are open 7 days a week. Staff is very thurough, always ask if you have any questions, facility was clean, Dr. 's and staff went above and beyond. Called and followed up as promised. Pricing was very fair! Receptionist, a young lady, heard my heart hurt for my dog and when the dr said they could not squeeze me in, checked the schedule and saw someone had cancelled and was able to get me in. Dr and assitants were awesome! Went over procedures and pricing, very fair. Did not force anything and provided many options. The fact that the Dr would call in the morning and night as they said they would. Hard to come by these days. Honest, fair, and reliable!

Excellent service. We don't mind driving our pet to see the vet because their service is exceptional.

They have been great care of my dogs for years. They give great service. All vets are high in price. They are in alignment with others. Their personnel are all awesome. Thank you for the service.

Horrible Horrible receptionist! Came in for an appointment and had me waiting and waiting not answering me when asked when my dog would be seen since my appointment was 30mins passed.the girl receptionist is the worst, lack of customer service skills. Never again will I take my dogs here! Thank you for allowing me not to spend another cent here.

Staff is friendly, helpful and very informative. They take very good care of all my fur babies. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend

Very unhappy with the new owner and staff at this hospital. I have been going here for over 23 years when it was previously owned. Was here in March for my dog got an estimate which was very high, brought him in today to go over everything so we can schedule the surgery ONLY to have them say that the estimate is now higher because they did not put in for the removal of the mass. So now I will not be going back with any of my other pets. Not to mention the turn over of staff they have here.

Always appreciate the attention and care that my animals receive at Upland Animal Hospital. They have extended and weekend hours which is always great when you work especially when you receive the same great care.

Vet is just care about what to charge. No passion or care for the animal.just dollar sign.

My dog Stinky had her emergency surgery there. The staff is very smart and empathetic. I felt very welcomed for the crazy mental state of thinking I was gonna lose my doggo.
