From my initial interaction with the Upline office staff in the Bay Area, my meeting with Dale to discuss charges & services, & more recently with Amber, who went way above & beyond to insure the delivery here in Austin would meet my wife's & my travel schedule, even when it seemed that would not be possible, I have been very impressed with the personalized customer service that has consistently been provided. As I await local delivery here in Austin, I wanted to add my positive comments to the online reviews, & also give a special & heartfelt thanks to Amber for her very critical part in making everything come together so well. If we ever need moving services in the future, we will definitely be repeat customers.

I needed to move my belongings from California to North Carolina for a recent move. After checking many companies, I called Upline based on the many, many positive reviews I saw on Yelp. I Called and spoke to "Debbie" and was given a very competitive quote for my move, and was impressed with the attention to the specific details I gave her about my belongings and my requests. It took a few calls to solidify out deal, and each time I spoke to Debby, she remembered all of my specifics and made me feel like I was dealing with a company that cared about what I thought was important to me. My move was on time, without incidents and was the one thing about my move that I really did'nt have to even think about.
